Very disappointed with the employee's work on October 4th - he refused to give his name and was extremely rude. The situation is as follows - friends booked a car through the website and paid for it in advance. They are supposed to pick it up at 12:00 today. The office is open until 22:00. We arrived at 21:30. The employee rudely demanded that we pay an extra 160 euros for "late car pickup". This is very strange - the car has already been paid for, the company has no risk of losing money, we arrived during working hours. In fact, the office was closed, we called and waited until 22:00 for the employee to return to the office. The employee spent 20 minutes explaining to us that it was our fault for arriving late and threatened to call the police if we did not agree to pay the extra for a car that had already been paid for in advance. We are disappointed. We have been using this company's service for 6 months and everything was great. Today's situation is alarming.

Waiting for 35 mins at the airport to be picked up. Came here at 8.50 am, it's 9.25. Dozen of other shuttles have picked up tens of people already: Centauro and Gobycar run around like crazy. Not. A. Single. Drivalia. Bus. Whebln you call them, 5 minutes and several voice prompts later gets you to an SMS with a linknl to their website. Pure disappointment.

In couple of words horrible customer service. Car I rented, start to malfunction Jeep 4xe, was the car! Called the office to which they told me I need to call road assistance pay them to approve that it has issues and pay for the road assistance. I have rented with them 3-5 times and had an issue this first time, to change the rental to some other would require me to pay road assistance then maybe it would be swapped. This would be my last time renting here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone so rent it on your risk and avoid there stupid jeeps automatic if you decide to rent. Rep at the office on call was horrible offering any solution since it's there police even in Turkey there was better support with simialr issues.

I have hired a car from @Drivalia #Drivalia through Auto Europe car hire. The booking terms stated full-to-full tank return with unlimited mileage. However, upon arrival, I was informed of a different policy: half-to-half tank return and a 2000-mile limit, which they blamed on Auto Europe. Additionally, I was charged EUR20 for breakdown cover, an extra cost not included in the original hire agreement. I previously thought @Goldcar had hidden charges, but Drivalia does as well. I will never use their service again, even if offered free car hire. They are dishonest with hidden extras. Avoid them, even if they appear to be the cheapest option, as it will ultimately cost you more. Booking reference: uk5680721

When we wanted to pick up our rental car the employee at the pick up told us he needs a credit card for the deposit. Unfortunately he did not accept any of the two (!) credit cards and neither the debit card we had with us. The only option we got was to pay an additional (!) full coverage, which we already paid for when we booked the car. We never had any problems with any of the cards before (also not 2 months ago in Portugal using the same card). Unfortunately, the employee did not try to find a solution and was very unfriendly. We ended up paying for insurance twice and decided never to rent a car with this company again!

DON'T RENT A CAR My wife and I rented a Peugeot 308 in the summer. We delivered the car in immaculate condition as soon as we received it. Then he told us to go to the office for procedures. While we were waiting inside, he later called us and said that there were scratches on the car. But we looked at it in detail before delivering it and there was no problem. He scratched the car with the broken key he carried around his neck and blamed us. When we wanted to examine the cameras, we were not allowed to do so. We said that we wanted to call the police, but we were not allowed to use the phone for this. A very liar and fraudulent company Don't rent a car

I'm fully satisfied. The service is excellent, the cars are new for affordable prices, the staff are friendly and attentive. They are about 10 mins walk from the airport, but their transfer is quick and accurate. Pick up and drop off went seamlessly and the deposit released on the third workday. Thank you.
