Centauro car hire Valencia airport in Manises

Staff was really annoying about buying the insurance and pushing it too much after I said 3 times that I don't want it. Once I got into the car and like 15min on the highway I realized that there is 1/4 tank missing. Then once I returned the car (right in front the store were the drop box is) I was charged 40EUR for "dropping the car off outside opening hours" even though I called and the guy on the phone said its no extra charge. Every car rental I tried is garbage, SIX, Hertz and now Centauro too. I won't be renting a car again there and I will make sure none of my family members either. Completely unacceptable!

Very good service. I recommend with all confidence. I made the reservation directly on their website, I chose full cover and I did not have a deposit blocked on the card, only a deposit for fuel, which was returned shortly.

Pleasantly surprised by my car hire experience, got given a fiat 500 hybrid as our hire car which was extremely economical on fuel. It was a little bit battered and bruised when we picked it up, which we did from the key locker, as we had paid extra for the premium service for 2 drivers and the excess insurance, which i would always recommend to anyone hiring a car. I took photos of the fuel level and the status of the car when i arrived as i would recommend all customers to always do when hiring a car and the same when i returned it it, in case there are issues. But was happy that that was not needed as there were no quibbles over the car or the amount of fuel in it and the fuel deposit had been processed for refund before we made it back to the airport.

I rented the car on the website, the rental process was simple and well explained. At the reception the staff was very prompt and the waiting time very short, 1-2 minutes. The car was in excellent condition, with few kilometers on board. Similarly, when returning the car, the process took a short time and we were picked up by the shuttle bus to the airport. I will definitely be back for another rental.

Despite to the cheap price I paid I thought I would find worn, dented cars and a low-cost service, instead I found a new, very clean car, courteous and helpful staff and no subterfuge to extort money. I've been pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The only flaw: if you do not buy insurance, pay attention to the card's limit, because between the guarantee deposit and the deposit for the full tank of fuel you exceed the EUR1500 that many cards have as a daily limit, so therefore they force you to buy insurance...

Quick, efficient and convenient! I really like that they offer an all inclusive insurance premium with your rental. The car itself was great! As a hybrid we ended up spending very little on gas despite using the car to get to Benicassim and back from Valencia. The shuttle service is also quick, you wait a max of 10 min to get a picked up from the airport.

Very professional approach, fast and nice attitude of people when taking over and handing over the car. Car clean, nice, well equipped. One reminder, there is no cell phone holder in the car. Finally someone spotted the gap in the market for honest car hire company. No extras. Great rates. Free upgrade to a brand new car that still had stickers on the wheels! Don't worry that they aren't in the terminal these guys are the best.
