Most fluid experience with car rental that I had in Spain so far. Pick up and return were so stress free and easy. I highly recommend this rental company. Day before rental commenced they called us to confirm all details and provided pickup and return instructions over the phone followed up by email with attached pdf files. They use some partner company to deliver vehicles out of office hours I believe and person delivering and collecting the car had perfect English which was very helpful. Car was clean and in perfect working order. I got Toyota Proace City and only drawback was lack of power from it's 1.5 diesel engine (2l would be better IMO) and lack of luggage curtain (had to use beach blanket to hide our stuff in the trunk).

Great service, car was waiting for me at the terminal, quick driver license check, card payment and on my way with in 10 minutes. Same thing with the return, gentleman was waiting at the terminal all I had to do is return the keys. Absolutely worry free experience, no insurance hassle, brand new VW Polo. Lufthansa cancelled my flight so we arrived one day later, I emailed Malco Staff, they changed rental pick up date without fees. Thanks so much for the best car rental experience in years. I will see you guys in November

Above expectation. Fast, very good communication, no pre payment and reasonable price. While other company customers had to wait at the counter and for the car showing up, a short call let the driver and car show up within 4 minutes. Mobile payment possible. Clean and new car provided. Returning proces was as simple as picking up. Communication in English as well, very polite and always answer fast. Would do it definitely again.
