Our main office is located in Porto Cristo but we also deliver and collect our cars to and from our offices in Cala Mandia, Cala Bona, Cala Millor and the Airport. Were on holiday in Mallorca at the end of October. Uncomplicated and friendly contact. Credit card is not absolutely necessary. We were picked up at the hotel and taken to the shop where the rental agreement was filled out. We had reserved a Fiat Panda online in advance and got a new S.U.V. by MG Can only recommend this rental car company.

Disastrous service. They gave us the car at the airport at 00:30 with DRY gasoline, nor the reservation. The man at the airport, laughing, told us that we would not get home (1 hour from the airport) because the nearby gas stations were closed, he did not offer us even half a solution. To top off the car with trash, we found a rotten jar of blueberries on the floor in the back. Not to mention the owner of this site, when we told him what happened the first thing he gave us to understand was that we were deceiving him, that that couldnt be possible. We looked for a car at short notice for the day and went to Rent a Car - Kurt in Cala Bona in the morning. We received a very warm welcome there and were offered the opportunity to ask in Cala Millor whether an automatic vehicle was available.
