Good service. A little bit expensive if you are coming to the office. More chipper from website. I rented from my Hotel, and price was lower than in the website.

Great rental car place. Kathy, who worked behind the desk, was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to rent a car from!

The second rental at this location was not better than the first one some months ago. Opening hours on the internet differ from the actual opening hours, even the ones displayed at the office door are not correct! And instead of opening at 1000am, the lady running the place showed up at 1020 without any excuse to the four waiting clients. This place is badly managed, obviously not supervised and should be avoided. I will go back to Avis where I am member of the Presidents Club and get decent treatment.

Totally useless.. we got a parking fine which we payed immediately at the closest police station. Still Europcar is charging us a fee for 40eur? It took us several weeks to get in contact with the right department of customer service, since they themselves do not know who we needed to talk to and just sent us around to random departments. They did not try to help us at all in this situastion, and every person we had contact with just sent us to someone else who had even less knowledge about our specific situation. Finally it ended up with them demanding us a service fee for giving our information to the police, which we had already given ourselvs and the police had not requested... stay clear of this company!

Really professional. I could get a car easily the same day for a cheap price. The employees are kind and try to help you the best. I recommend strongly.

We just arrived as they were closing at 1 pm because our flight had a delay. We kindly asked them to please give us the car but they told us we can come and get it 4 hours later or pay more. as we were coming back 4 hours later the prices were higher as discussed with staff per E-Mail before our holiday. The car we received was DIRTY! everything was dusty and full of dirt, the displays and buttens were sticky and even things from the renter before us were in the car! i have sent pictures to the company and tried to reach them but never got an answer.

Would highly recommend you get your car elsewhere. I was quoted 75 euros for one day and my card was charged $123. I understand that there are some taxes and fees but that is a 43% increase. I thought they had given me two copies of the bill, one for me to keep and one to place on the dash upon return (you must park it in an adjacent street). I later realized that I only had been given only one copy which I had to leave with the car. Contacting Europcar customer service is fruitless. It's been days and they haven't written me back to send me a copy of the bill showing breakout of charges. It seems I'm now left with only the choice of disputing the credit card charge. While it was quick to get in and get the car, and the car was nice, this is just poor customer service in the end. Not worth the trouble and the apparent high price.
