Booked a week's car hire over the Summer from Santander airport from these guys. In short they were excellent. Pick up was painless, professional and friendly. Likewise return process was the same, easy drop off in front of the terminal building and key drop off. No drama, no issues. The provided car was spotless and quite new. Cleanliness levels were on par with what you used to see during COVID times. These guys are going to be my preferred car hire partners going forward, in Spain at least. Well done

Aeropuerto Santander's OK Mobility desk is very convenient and lady quickly handed over the car keys. A short walk to then pick car up. The return process was equally straightforward with email confirmation that everything was in order received soon after.
Easy booking process on their website, you have the possibility to pay either in advance or when you pick up the car. If you opt for the full insurance the deposit for the car is minimal. The car they gave us was new and very clean.

My first experience with OK Mobility in Santander airport was excellent. I had the Peugeot 208 for a week and it was a great little car for the sometimes narrow & winding roads of Cantabria. A gold star of this experience was at the airport rental desk. A special thank you to Zulema, who was there for the beginning and end of my rental. She is so efficient, professional and a true credit to the OK Mobility brand. The staff here clearly have high morale and this reflects positively on the customer experience. The type of service I wish I'd always get from car rentals. Lovely car at a decent price. Had some scratches that were marked on pickup, but otherwise great. Still took my own videos and photos as I always do!and they advised so too. People at the counter were friendly and understanding about my late arrival due to a flight diversion.
