J'ai ete tres decu par le vehicule que j'ai eu. J'avais reserve une Audi A3 (vehicule Premium). J'ai eu une Ford Puma (vehicule moyen de gamme) de plus de 45 000 km avec le voyant d'entretien s'allumant a chaque demarrage. J'ai proteste lors de la mise a disposition du vehicule, on m'a dit que c'etait la meme gamme chez Alamo ! Un point positif : le personnel a ete sympathique.
I was very disappointed with the vehicle I got. I had reserved an Audi A3 (Premium vehicle). I had a Ford Puma (mid-range vehicle) with more than 45,000 km with the maintenance light coming on each time it was started. I protested when the vehicle was made available, I was told that it was the same range at Alamo! One positive point: the staff was friendly.
Experiencia pesima, realizado el alquiler del vehiculo a traves de internet, ya estado pagado y llegando mas tarde de la hora de reserva tuve que esperar casi 1 hora sentado con mi hija en el aeropuerto esperando a que estuviera el coche disponible. Ademas te bloquean 200EUR en la tarjeta de fianza y como a alguien de esta empresa en facturacion el cual es un ente con el que no se puede contactar de ninguna manera, no ha dado la orden de desbloqueo del dinero despues del ok de la oficina que el coche se ha devuelto correctamente, me encuentro que llevo 10 dias despues con mi dinero bloqueado y no me dan ninguna solucion y solo se remiten a que es culpa de mi banco con el que ya he hablado y el cual me ha explicado que la situacion es que si la empresa Alamo Enterprise no quita el bloqueo hasta que no pasen 15 dias la operacion se cancelara sola y volvere a disponer de mi dinero. Es decir, por su incompetencia estoy con mi dinero bloqueado y sin solucion por su parte, PESIMO SERVICIO, NULA INFORMACION Y MALISIMO TRATO ANTE PROBLEMAS CREADOS POR SU MALA GESTION

Necesitaba un coche urgente para ir a Madrid y a pesar de ser super tarde Diego lo gestiono todo genial para darme todas las facilidades. El coche estaba muy limpio y en buenas condiciones, y ademas del gran trato del personal, una empresa muy buena y lo mas importante barato! En general una empresa de 10 con un personal de 10!

Mala experiencia. Coche con varias imperfecciones, golpe en ambos lado de la carroceria, falta del embellecedor de la maneta del conductor, tapa trasera de piloto parte interior, etc. Recomiendo hacer un video del vehiculo antes de usarlo. Nos quisieron penalizar los 400EUR de fianza, por que supuestamente le faltaba la bandeja trasera del maletero cuando no fue recogido con dicha bandeja. Perdimos 1 hora y 30 minutos en resolverlo, no los recomiendo.
Bad experience. Car with several imperfections, dents on both sides of the body, missing driver's handle trim, interior taillight cover, etc. I recommend making a video of the vehicle before using it. Esta vez acudi a la oficina del Aeropuerto por cuestion de horarios de reserva y de oferta. Como siempre: web clara en explicaciones (eso si fallo la reserva web que hice -no llego el mail de confirmacion - y la tuve que repetir pero ya con otro precio. Aun asi, con ese contratiempo, era la mejor opcion). Atencion rapida en mostrador y atenta. Coche de mayor categoria del seleccionado: moderno, pocos km, muy bien equipado como siempre. Potente Devolucion extra rapida. Seguro que repetire
