Appreciated the pick up from hotel service. The man was really friendly and helpful (tall brown hair). I requested for a 9am car pickup but I was only picked up from the hotel at 9.30am. By the time I've gotten the car it was already 10am plus. The next day, a different man came to pickup the car and called me quite angrily at 8.45am. Told him I was out getting breakfast. Probably consider to extend the time for clients as the pickup day before was a bit later anyway. Overall it was okay.
We rented a car here for one day. The renting process was easy. Walked in and got a car after signing the documents. We received the deposit back the next day. Easy peacy
Great service. Car was very new and comfortable. Was advised on where to park and how to drop of keys. We were also picked up from our hotel. They also had car seats which was nice.
Olimpia was really good. we got a good new car to drive in. and it went fast. But we then had to pay a deposit. and that's totally fair. we were told we would get it back the day we handed the car over. but now a month has passed. and we still haven't seen the shadow of that money. so we will never do that again
People working there were very helpful and kind, they gave us suggestions what to visit and explained how everything works regarding parking in Spain. And we got a brand new car 2 weeks old. Everything was perfect.
Very friendly and nice service. We reserved the car online, they called us to confirm our reservation.No payment needed! We paid when we received the car. And on drop off we called them to inform that we will be a bit late, Carlos who works there was super friendly and waited for us ! Thank you
Fantastic service from these guys, easy to deal with and excellent value for money. We rented from Santa Susana we wanted to visit Barcelona and the train wasn't running we were very upset. I went to Olimpia car rental to rent a car for tomorrow, thinking that it was an impossible mission, but thanks to the staff, they provided me with a car for the morning. Thank you for the excellent service. Advice, get full insurance because in Spain they park next to the car and there is a possibility of damage. Glass and tires are not included in the insurance even if you take full insurance. Thank you Olimpia staff for the wonderful service I did rent Fiat panda not a monster truck but if you want i think Olimpia will find for you what you want
