We've rented a Peugeot 207 for 3 days. The car had vomit(!) in the trunk. Absolutely disgusting. I'd recommend to rent a car from SIXT.
Very good flexible service, personal approach with car delivery to the hotel. We couldn't find parking in the evening and called late with the hope to return car earlier (instead of the next morning). I n spite of late hour, car was picked up. Thank you, we'll recommend to friends.
Good and simple service on a short notice. Van (9 people) was brought to us to the hotel in 2 hours. At first tire was flat (nale in it) and was fixed in 15 mins, and we got one hour extra time. Nothing to complain
The first car extremely stank of vomit and was dirty. We could not drive anywhere because of it. And when we tried i had to puke myself. We could not tell him immediately when we got the car because he only showed it outside and we did not use the car immediately but only in the evening. As soon as we knew we told him and asked for a new car. He then replaced the car the next day and did not want to give us any money back for the first day/car after we immediately asked for it when he brought the car. only after we argued with him he gave us *half* a day more and no refund... The second car was really old and had scratches all over it (which does not bother me) but its seatbelts were defective so it would not retract them... really unsafe. And yes they were broken, no matter what he says. Also we did not ask for him to not use credit card, only if it was possible to get a car under 21. Also why should we refuel the car if you gave us a piece of scrap metal for a car? Also we could not refuel it because we agreed that you will change tge cars at 15.00 but then called us in the morning to say you would change it in 30 minutes. Not recommended.
Car was okay, but not clean and tank not full (only 3/4th, which is annoying when returning the car and having to fill to the same amount) full return was easier. Looks like the cars are not cleaned or inspected between rentals, having it vacuumed would be nice. Also the wiper fluid was not filled. Airco was also barely working, on full blast it could not cool the car, even after driving for an hour. Pickup was 25 minutes too late. Other than that all was fine, quick delivery and good info with the car.
Recommended to us by SunWeb. Prices and offered models seemed to be very nice and what we were looking for.. However, we were never able to reach this company by phone, nor by mail. The functionality of the website also fails. So the service uptill now was "0" for us... To bad.
Fast service and good price. Nice small car.
