So about my experience with ABA Cars: good things and things that bother me a lil bit. The guy who worked there was super nice, but the car we were expecting to get was a older model that we should get, and tires were kinda half empty .Everything was cool at the end but still that kinda stuff get on my nerve. Thats why i cant get 5/5.

I can confirm the previous reviews 1:1. I had compared several car rental companies online at very short notice the evening before due to the rainy weather forecast and reserved the car late at around 11 p.m. Everything with the handover and return was quick and uncomplicated. For the rest of the family it was also the best alternative to bad weather.

Ich hatte sehr kurzfristig am Abend vorher erst aufgrund der regnerischen Wetterprognose mehrere Autovermietung online verglichen und spat um ca. 23:00 Uhr das Auto reserviert. Fast and uncomplicated rental, we didnt have to pay a deposit (just pay daily rent and insurance). We were allowed to drive 300km per day, the car was equipped with everything you needed (A/C, radio, rear view camera...). Jose is personable and accommodating; to recommend!

I rented a car for a week. JOSSE asks if we want assurance without necessarily giving any explanations. My son and I were the only ones using the translator. 75 EUROS otherwise deductible of 300. Obviously to protect my back I take it. I take the car and just before leaving my son shouts to the man, diesel or gasoline. He only answers us GAZOLINA. Everything is going well, Im going to recharge to fill it up again. 10 euros were missing, I put in some diesel. When I got there I told him again out of honesty that he was missing a little. He tells me Gazolina...I answer him diesel..diesel....And only then does he tell me that its not the same thing. We go to the pump to get the ticket proving that I had taken diesel and shows me the contract with the conditions that he didnt even present to me. I talk to him about the insurance. He tells me that it doesnt cover it and demands 250 euros from me. I find myself with the police explaining to him that I had no information, nor on diesel and gasolina nor on what the insurance covered...he tells you that if there is a problem that is all. Its not honest, its disrespectful and whats more at the beginning he told me 10 euros is not important, then he gives me a report on everything that will need to be done to the car. I even offered to pay once the repairs were done. No, he stole 250 euros from me, I ended up crying in disgust, my son couldnt believe it. This man is not honest. It disgusted me with Spain and especially with their society. My husband works every day with this kind of company in France or abroad, he has never come across such dishonest people. TO FLEE

Ce n est pas honnete, c est irrespectueux et en plus au debut il m a dit 10 euros c est pas important, apres il me fait un rapport sur tout ce qu il va falloir faire sur la voiture. Je lui ai meme propose de payer une fois les reparations faites.Non il m a pique 250 euros , j ai termine par pleurer ec ure, mon fils n en revenait pas. Cet homme n est pas honnete. Il m a degoute de l Espagne et surtout de leur societe.Mon mari travaille tous les jours avec ce genre de boites en France ou a l etranger il n est jamais tombe sur des gens aussi malhonnetes A FUIR
