Yellow Car in Malaga

The car was new and the staff was helpful. Most important - it is refreshing to rent a car and not go through the frustration of learning about extra charges for insurance coverage at the pick-up desk. I liked the online process too which saved time at pick-up. The experience would have been a 5* if they would improve and pick up and return experience: - at pickup, we wanted to pick up the car in the middle of our stay in Malaga. We scheduled the pickup from their airport but they did not want to wait for us at the airport because we did not fly in. Thus, we had to walk with kids on the street with no sidewalk in order to get to their office. What's with this nonsense rule? - at return, off hours you have to leave the car in the public airport parking which meant I spent 20 minutes looking for a spot. They could rent a handful of parking places and make this less annoying. I decided to give it 4* because I felt I wanted to support a company that felt more honest than others although the two issues mentioned would have warranted a 3* review.

I was impressed by the reviews and so I thought I'd book with yellow car and enjoy the competitive rate on offer. Met at the arrivals terminal, walked to a waiting hire car, very few formalities - a really good experience. The car was recent, clean, great spec and easy to drive. It took us to Cordoba and Seville from our base in Benalmadena - very good on fuel. The return system was also very smooth. Fuel at the BP, then next door to book the car in and we were given a lift to the terminal. Overall; easy to deal with, competitive prices and a refined service. Look no further.

Have to say this is the best car hire company I have ever used. From the price the service everything. No hidden costs what so ever. I was met in the terminal in Malaga airport and the car was waiting outside the front door. No photocopying of passports or driver license as I sent them via what'sapp before I traveled. When dropping the car back you just call into the office at the airport and a driver brings you in your rental car to departures which is only 2 minutes away. So anybody even thinking about renting a car look no further than yellow cars.

Well, i never thought I would be writing a review about car hire- but here I am...! Superb customer service from the initial enquiry to pickup. They were super accommodating when our plans changed. The driver was on time and the car was great. We opted for the villa pickup and extended the vehicle for a few days. The insurance covered everything so we had nothing to worry about. Highly recommended when your in this part of Spain.

Yellow car is the best hire car we've ever used in Malaga. Always so easy and quick with them. They meet you at the airport with your car, and when you return all you need to do is go to the office and they take you in the same car you hired. So you don't need to wait for a transfer or bus. No deposits or credit card needed. Very lovely and helpful staff too!

Top company. I have rented cars before in different countries. But Yellow Car is the company that is honest in their agreements and certainly keeps them. I had a flat tire and had a replacement car available within 25 minutes. Super helpful and thoughtful. I recommend Yellow car if you want to rent a car in Malga and surroundings

What car rental should be! I had never used this company before but seen some other reviews which were very good. Having now used them I would not hesitate to recommend! Service from pick up outside terminal and drop off (at the terminal was flawless, polite and very efficient! In fact I would go as far as stay excellent, terms were as described zero excess and NO extras, car very clean new and as requested. WELL DONE Yellow Cars please maintain this standard as we will be using you again and again!
