La verdad que conducir un coche tan seguro es una experiencia. Lo unico no conforme con los cables que se supone sirven entre otras cosas para cargar el movil y no consegui cargar ninguno de los que ibamos dentro. Me imagino que no funcionan bien.

I was little bit worried to use a new rental company but decided to take a plunge. Once we found the car (proper instructions only came when had already found it) everything was pretty easy. I like that I can choose actual model of the car - GLA was something I've wanted to try out. Getting premium car at reasonable price is definitely plus. I've had enough haggling with car rental agencies in Spain in the past and with Virtuo there's none - just customer service quickly available via chat when needed. Next time I need a rental car I will definitely check if Virtuo is available in that location.

Parfait, ou presque. La voiture choisie est bien celle mise a disposition. Pas de cles, l'etat des lieux avant et apres la location : tout se fait depuis l'appli qui est simple a utiliser. Seul bemol, l'indication initiale du stationnement du vehicule sur le parking de l'aeroport etait erronee. Je pense que le chauffeur etait en retard, ce qui a entraine cette anomalie, corrigee 30 minutes plus tard. Rien de dommageable car nous etions en vacances.

I hired a Mercedes GLA220 from Virtuo. I was a little apprehensive about the hire as I never hired a car without collecting keys in the hire office. When we landed in Malaga it was difficult to find the car but having spoken to a very helpful support person we found it. It took a few minutes to figure out the opening and starting with the phone but thereafter it was great. I needed to extend my hire for an extra period and this was through the app and seamless. I would definitely use Virtuo again and have recommended to my friends and family. The hire cost was very reasonable also. Go Virtuo!
