Great service. No stress. No hassle. They contacted prior to our arrival via WhatsApp providing clear directions where to meet etc. The guy was there on time when we landed, nice and friendly. Provided car seat & child gate. All good quality working order. And easy to return on day on departure. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. We rented 2 car seats and a baby walker .Delivered to us as we came out of the airport. Instructions provided prior to us picking up on how to fit car seats safely. We had a problem with one item and it was sorted out quickly. Would recommend tots store for items you want to rent while abroad.

Really Fantastic Service. We would recommend in a heartbeat. It was so helpful when arriving to Malaga with our baby to be met at arrivals with the travel cot and pram parasol we rented from Tots Store. We were in Spain for nearly 3 weeks and had a great trip and great sleep as a result of our baby having their own bed! Thanks for being so helpful. We will keep you in mind for when we come back again.

What a worthless company. We had reserved a baby bed and would pick it up at Tots Store. On the day of pick-up we received a message that the owner would be 1.5 hours later. Not very nice, but it can happen. We arrived at the office at the agreed time and then received a message that it would take another 20 minutes. However, we were in the car with a toddler and a 6-month-old baby and were going to travel to Estepona. So we were in a hurry and had already waited 1.5 hours. We expressed our dissatisfaction about this and the owner simply stated that he would cancel the order. So we had to arrange a baby bed somewhere else at the last minute. The owner also did not answer his phone to find a solution. Downright scandalous and very antisocial.

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf. Wij hadden een baby bedje gereserveerd en zouden deze ophalen bij Tots Store. Op de dag van het ophalen kregen we een berichtje dat de eigenaar 1.5 uur later zou zijn. Niet heel fijn, maar kan gebeuren. Wij waren op de afgesproken tijd bij het kantoor en kregen toen een berichtje dat het nog eens 20 minuten zou gaan duren. Echter, wij zaten met een peuter en baby van 6 maanden in de auto en zouden doorreizen naar Estepona. We hadden dus haast en hadden al 1.5 uur gewacht. We uitten onze ongenoegen hierover waarop de eigenaar doodleuk aangaf de bestelling te annuleren. Wij hebben last minute dus ergens anders een baby bedje moeten regelen. De eigenaar nam ook zijn telefoon niet op om tot een oplossing te komen. Ronduit schandalig en heel erg asociaal.

Receive Hauck childrens scales. The gentleman was almost 2 hours late for delivery despite the delivery fee of 30. When we picked it up, we asked for an extra charge for delivery from 5 p.m. and we agreed to pick it up in advance, although even then the pick-up was an hour late. Reservations were made quickly and payment was uncomplicated.

Bei der Abholung wurde ein Aufpreis fur die Lieferung ab 17Uhr gefordert und haben uns fur eine Abholung vorher geeinigt wobei auch dann die Abholung mit einer Stunde Verspatung erfolgte. Reservierung wurde schnell getatigt und Zahlung war unkompliziert.

What a great experience with Tots Store Malaga! The staff are super friendly and they provided us with everything we needed. Was a good service, the car seat was very worn but was clean, the directions were difficult to follow however they was on hand to help as soon as I messaged them. The drop off service wasnt as good, I was told to wait outside Ryanair only to then be told to go to the other end of the airport to drop off, luckily I was early for my flight so wasnt a problem. I would use again for the convenience

We found Tots Store on Martins Money Tips. We arrived at Malaga with a large group. The rest of our group went to the regular car hire, we got our cases and made our way to departures where we were met by Richard and a car hire guy. Because the car was rented from off airport we saved a lot of money it was brought to the site with the two car seats in. Within minutes we had our cases in and 3 month an 1 year old in the car and we were away. We didnt regroup with rest of our group who also had children for another hour and a half. This was an excellent service. Thank you so much for organising everything and making the process so simple and easy for us.
