Rude and unhelpful staff... If you need to rent a car in Malaga I would recomend to visit SIXT at Malaga Air Port, the staff there od way more professional.

booking and payment in app, keys were prepared when I arrive for car, the employee gave me all the advice on how to find the car in the parking lot, the car had low mileage and was clean, I recommend to check the condition and scratches of the car when picking up, as there were damages on the car that were not mentioned in the contract - you need to have a lamp because the light in the garage is really weak... rear bumper had many scratches..thanks god i had "all inclusive protection" where is no deductible
Renting a car from Sixt at Malaga train station went perfect. The car was mint - service was perfect and Sole was a 5-host!!!
The attendant (a French guy if I am not mistaken- I forgot the name unfortunately) was extremely friendly. He gave us an upgrade with no additional fees and gave us tips on where to go in Malaga. It was such a great experience from the beginning to end. I have never been more satisfied with a service before. 5 stars but they certainly deserve 10
My first rentacar with this agency. I was amazed. I came at 11:55 with my pregnant wife and we needed car as soon as possible since our checkout was at noon. The guy who worked there (english guy, I am sorry cuz I didnt remember the name), was extremely professional and polite. In other agencies people who worked there didnt know how to keep the customer, because of this or because of that they just were not fast and clever enough . But not here. Since the A class that I wanted wasnt available for 1 more hour, I was upgraded for A3 automatic (brand new) for the same price and I was able to take it in less than 10 minutes. Also I picked up car in Malaga and there was no additional charge because I left the car in Sevilla. As I mentioned car was brand new with only 20.000 km. So it was satisfaction just to drive it. I definitely recommend this agency. And suggest to managers to give english guy some bonus :)
Great experience! I rented a cabriolet in June 2018. They offered me an upgrade option - higher class brand new BMW 4-series cabriolet for a low additional amount. Great service, premium class car on reasonable price! Thank you Sixt Malaga and hope to visit you again :)
