Going to Malaga and Barcelona often and have on my last rental a dispute with OK mobility i decided to have a go with Sitx. Far different approached when it comes to costumer service and what's on offer and how the cars are managed. I have a fantastic Audi A6 Avant with minis miles and very low Milage. Staff welcoming and efficient and the most important no pushy or making you feel bad if you are not complementing what other upgrades are there to offer. The consistency on the service comes with a price and when you are far from home i prefer having 0 issues instead of play lotto. Money well invest
I had a fantastic rental experience! The process of picking up and returning the car was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The employee I dealt with was polite, professional, and made the entire experience even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this service to others!
SIXT were amazing and sorted us a car at midnight despite no booking. Very friendly and efficient staff. We'd booked a car through BA/Budget but they couldn't be bothered to stay open for our delayed plane.

Friendly and helpful staff, Miguel A. was particularly helpful and found me a good alternative to the car I booked, taking into consideration my preferences. He also kindly gave me directions to the nearest BP for refuelling before I return the car. Enjoyed riding their Peugeot 408, would recommend.
The branch staff was welcoming, however I've lost a tyre on the highway driving at full speed, within 10 mins of my rental, straight after leaving the airport after picking up my vehicle. Spent 3 hours on the side of the highway waiting for assistance. Was extremely lucky to not have experienced further damages. I received a replacement vehicle, however no further compensation nor goodwill gesture was offered. No empathy regarding the distress. Their customer service / claims team hasn't replied to my last enquiry from September 2023. As I'm concerned about their safety measures, I have to share a review and will report to the appropriate customer authorities.
Car pick up location is inside the terminal, if you leave to arrivals you will need to pass security control again. Otherwise easy to find. Car was brand new with only 8000 km, clean and no issue. When returning the car, there is a gas station at the airport just minutes from the parking lot where you return the car. Both check in and check out Personel was nice.
