worst car hire firm i've ever used , they are cowboys met me at the airport with a bashed up banger of a car with 176,000 miles on it , i didn't realise that was the car too after i had signed for it and they had taken my card details they also took an extra 100 euros for deposit , i didn't even drive the car out the car park i demanded they changed the car they said they didn't have another car so i told them just too refund me the money and i would go elsewhere but now i can't get the money back for car and they won't answer phone or any my emails i even went to 2 of their offices which are also a scam as only a shutter with name above it but no one in them , i now fighting too get my 250 euros plus my 100 euro deposit back from them SO STAY AWAY DO NOT USE also Stephano the guy who i spoke too doesn't answer any calls on what's app or any emails now but was answering before he got the money for car ....

DO NOT USE these cowboys !!this is by far the worse scammers ever !! We use car hire companys often in malaga & this company is a disgrace . They give you an old beaten up broken banger which we had to constantly keep topping up the water tank as it kept over heating , they also con you into giving them a deposit which they do not return , they stop answering messages & phone calls . We will never use this company again , DO NOT waste your money or time !!!!! They also go by the name of AllinclusivecarhireMalaga not to be confused with All in car hire Malaga ! Would not give one star even but had no choice !

We had a perfect rental experience with Rentacarspain. No waiting on the airport, just a 5 minutes walk to the express parking to pick up the car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next Time in Malaga we will definitely rent a car at Rentacarspain again.

WATCH OUT!!! Keep away from this company. They are stealing money and credit card details!!! Even though it is mentioned that there is no deposit for a car - it is not true. They take 100EUR as a deposit for a car and they have not returned it back! When trying to contact them - they are not responding at all anymore. They don't pick up the phone neither give any response on WhatsUp. STAY AWAY! At the time when the car is picked up - they request from you credit card details together with CVV code and store it somewhere in their own system. !!!STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible Experience! The cars are in awful condition with very high mileage, and they refuse to provide any refunds. Avoid this company at all costs!

Please read all the bad reviews before entering into a contract with these absolute cowboys! I have never known such a disgusting hire car company in my life. Dangerous not fit for purpose cars, awful customer service and they will charge for a certain type of vehicle and swap it out to a lesser type vehicle which still charging you for the vehicle you originally requested. Deposit! Good luck trying to get that back. 5 weeks of countless phone calls and messages to eventually get it back.

Dirty old cars, terrible customer service. We had a breakdown and called them they hadnt even seen the car and blamed us saying it must be the way you have driven the car. I have 20 years driving experience and a car that loses power judders and has an exhaust that sounds like it will fall off can not be the fault of a person who has rented a car for 2 days. They collected the car and didnt replace it leaving us stranded. They wont answer our calls and havent even returned our money so we cannot get another car. This was a family reunion holiday that was 4 years in the making that they have completely ruined our trip. We are devastated. Do not book with them we can never get back the time they have taken from us and the stress they have caused.

Run a mile! The good reviews are all false. Worst experience of my life with car hire. They gave me a 7 seater car total banger. Ended up breaking down losing power but they left me and my 4 children stranded. It took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 50 minute drive as the car couldnt go above 30 miles per hour. Then breakdown company took the car from us and the company did not replace the car we are 3 days into 7 day holiday and they say they have no more cars have cancelled our booking and they have not refunded our money. We are stuck in our hotel with tripss booked and no way of travelling. They are ignoring our calls. Please avoid this company. I have had a previous bad experience with them but after a year I gave them a 2nd chance. huge mistake.. Don't give your money to these people!! The cars are old dirty and unsafe and the service is disgraceful! They will ignore you are leave you stranded even if you have kids with you.
