There is a very very nice and proffesional customer services especially Sophia and Krystel. They help us with everything. Car was new one , clean and very comfortable and good price for this. (Seat Arona). We can also left the luggage till evening and rent a bike. Full option over there for travelling.

tragic experience.. we got a confirming email, where was all details about our rent, details about insurance and details about scooter. we arrived at Malaga, trying to find someone from this company, nobody in there. Nobody picked up the phone, no reaction to sms. Nobody even did not know this company at the airport. After 30mins somebody called and laughly told us, that we do not have a rezervation and we have no scooter. Not behaved amateurs, thats this company. Never more!!!!!

I rented a car in Sept 2022 (based on Itaka travel agency cooperation for my organized vacation). They took my money from my credit card to pay the penalty fees (for speed) without my approval (few weeks after renting) and this is not the worst. They took 100 eur while paid the penalty of 50 eur - I checked that with Malaga police. So be careful because they earn money paying penalty with discount and take full amount from your credit card. They lie in emails and cover data on the official documents which were sent via mail. I have all documents and mails as a proof. Finally, bank have confirmed I was right and turned all money back to me. Ps. this is not the issue of paying the penalty, to be clear. This is about they take money without owner's approval and more than the penalty was Update: Due to the lies about 6 penalties here are details: There were 2 penalties, not 6, but it doesn't matter actually, there could be even 16 or 60. The point is they took my money from my account without authorization which is breaking the bank law. And what's more cheating - they took more than they paid and it was confirmed by DGT (Direccion General de Trafico). Details for each one: Penalty - 50 EUR if paid on time They took: 100 EUR for penalty + 30 EUR fee for their "service" + 6 EUR (tax for the fee despite all prices on agreement were including tax). So another lie is that they took 100 EUR becuase it included administration fee. I repeat: both banks confirmed my right and gave the money back. And DGT in Malaga also confirmed that they were paying 50 EUR, so always check with them the real penalty value! And finally: I asked many times to send me a proof of the payment to DGT but they ignored me and never did it. Ps. make sure to take pictures of the level of fuel when you give them car back. Because the guy on the parking suggested us to do it to avoid keeping more money from our credit card...

This company is very good and has a wide variety of vehicles. Sofia is very professional, who can answer all questions patiently. Other than that, I also like the restaurant that she recommended. I had a fabulous week in Malaga. I'll be back!

I have been a customer with Prima for almost a decade now and find their service has been excellent during this time. I am always happy to recommend them to friends and colleagues. They run a personal service and have made car hire in Malaga a pleasure.

Since there were problems with my reservation of a rental car at another company, I discovered Prima Rent a Car. It's a pity I haven't learned about this company earlier. The service was very personal and they did not try to upsell things I did not need. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with Prima Rent a Car. The next time I am in Malaga, i will definitely come first to Prima Rent a Car.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went and how solid the service they offer is. I was picked up at the airport, without waiting in line or having to go through any hassle, like taking a bus before or something like that, as soon as I arrived in Malaga. It was the first time I hired a car and this was the case. Also, the price was actually, really, the one they told me. No hidden fees or annoying special offers. Awesome.
