Very friendly and no complicate. They helped me in a situacion of need with my lugage easy.
We've rented 2 bikes. They were in very bad condition. The place was closed when we wanted to return it (around 4 p.m), so we had to wait. No one's there when you call. We had to go to the other location, so we had longer way to come back home. Next day we realized we forgot give them the chain, so we had to go back there. It was closed again:) The other day we needed bikes again. Google maps says is open. But surprise! Closed again, even if there is a lot of signs like "we are open", "welcome" etc. We lost a lot of time because of them. The worst rental experience ever.
Simply awful. Yes they are a small car hire company but if they can't run a business like this then they should do everyone a favour and close. Firstly I booked a car on Thursday to collect Friday morning. I did this in person to ensure the booking was arranged. When I arrived at the office on Friday morning it was closed and when someone did turn up they could not find the booking. The office was chaotic with a line of people all wondering why their cars weren't ready to be collected. Felt bad for the lady working there but really when you are offering a service do it right. Finally around 10am the car we booked turned up. Then the real fun started. As we drove away we realised the air conditioning was broken. We rang them and were told no replacement was possible unless we changed from an automatic to manual. No thanks. Then as we are driving out of Malaga we got pulled over by the Guardia Civil. That's the Spanish police in case you don't know. Apparently the car hadn't had its annual inspection. We were issued with a fine on the spot. By this point we were nearly 2 hours late leaving for our journey to Cadiz and also we knew we could potentially get stopped multiple times as the car didn't have a visible sticker to say it was road worthy. Worrying. We called the company again and tell them what has happened and they tell us to meet them at the airport where they will have a replacement car. 30 mins later we are still waiting when the lady who forgot the booking turns up in a car. She tells us she had to go to another company to hire us a replacement and she was now out of pocket. Wow! Not sure that was our problem and also why not just refund us and let us go to a REAL hire company. Also where was the offer of a discount as this point? She was not at all worried about the police fine either never mind the inconvenience she had caused us. The debacle was complete the following day after we returned the car as per her instructions. She rang to say we hadn't returned the keys which we had as well as providing images of where we had returned the car to. The same woman had FORGOTTEN she had given us a replacement car This is the longest review I have ever left. Please don't ever hire from these people go to a reputable company in Malaga like Malagacars who are exceptional.
We reserved a car for the other day at specifically 9:00 AM. They told us that a new Skoda Kamiq would be waiting for us. We arrived 3 minutes before 9 o'clock, and they told us we would have to wait until half past, which we did. Then, after waiting for another half an hour, we finally got a car that wasn't even the one we reserved + it had almost no fuel in it. So we had to fill it up. Definitely do not recommend this place for car rental
The very nice service we had when we rented bikes at Prima Rent made us decide to rent a car at the same location at Soho. We were not disappointed. We made a contract for the next 4 days. The car of our choice was not available the next day, but they offered us a higher class Skoda for the same price. The last day we had a question about changing the time of our arrival. Within a few minutes everything was settled accurate. Nice people en they all speak English very well. Thanks for the service. John and Jose van Kooten, Maarssen The Netherlands
We have been using this car rental company for the past three years and now would not use anyone else. They are friendly, punctual and helpful and most importantly the price quoted is what you pay, with no hidden extras. Cars are also well maintained. As a repeat customer, I have no problems recommending their service
We rented a car for a day in June 2016 and like another reviewer, were asked to put down a 400 euro deposit. Almost 4 months later we have not seen that money returned despite multiple emails and phone calls. Each time we reach out to them, they say they are looking into it and nothing happens. We have since started a chargeback but apparently they are also ignoring the bank's requests for details delaying the processing of that. I have wasted a large amount of time and possibly lost 400 euro. Thus, I advise people to stay away from this company at all costs. I took a risk despite the other review thinking the reviewer was just impatient, but it does not take 4 months to release a hold. Furthermore, reviews on places other than Google suggest that this is not an isolated incident. I've quoted one below: "Exhausted emailing back and forward following holiday in malaga in August and October, really disappointing having to fight to have deposit returned on each occasion. They inform you it has been processed however checking your account alas no credit however debit is processed on time. Such a let down as everything else went smoothly. Administration team real let down for this business! Need to fix this element for customers and will make difference to service provided" Even if this is a huge mistake, do you really want to take the risk with a company that has repeatedly shown itself to be incompetent?
Last week I stayed in Malaga for a nice family vacation. We wanted to go to Granada for one day so we rented a car at Prima rent a car. The service was outstanding! The woman that helped us was very nice. She explained everything clearly and in no time everything was arranged. The car was nice and clean from both the in and out side. When I visit Malaga again, I would definitely go back to Prima for a car and enjoy a day in another city, and I would recommend everyone who visits Malaga and wants to rent a car to go to Prima. Only bear in mind that coming back into the city in the evening would take longer than planned since it is rush hour. Very important if you need to take a ferry at the seaport :-)
