Prima Rent a Car & Bike Malaga Center in Malaga

Thank you Prima Rent a Car, we had a wonderful time when we were in Malaga. Thanks to you we discovered Marbella, Gibraltar and Ronda.

We rented a car. The people were very friendly and the car was good. They are very reliable. In the past I had some bad experiences with other rental companies, but at this company I would certainly rent again.

We had a very positive experience booking a car hire from Prima Rent a Car & Bike based in Malaga's city centre. As the car was located in a car park only a few minutes walk from their offices (as well as close to where we were staying) it was very convenient and overall it was very straightforward to arrange a car rental through them. The company representatives we dealt with were very friendly and helpful which was greatly appreciated. We would easily hire from them again if we were to return to Malaga.

Rented a car for one day. Everything was good. Deposit returned on the card as it should have been. Other places we checked out requires a credit card this place allowed me to rent with debit card which a huge plus.

Hier elektrische fietsen gereserveerd. Bleken bij ophalen totaal niet in orde te zijn, 9en in slechte staat : zadel niet laag genoeg te krijgen, batterij slechts 50% geladen, ketting versleten, speling op balhoofd, enz...En bovenop een contactpersoon die totaal niet technisch aangelegd was en niks afwist van fietsen. Hier moet je niet zijn voor elektrische fietsen. Aanvulling op 15/9/2023 - reactie op het antwoord van deze firma : Dear sir,ms, Your reaction only confirms that your employee has no knowledge of the technical part of a bike. And i don't blame him for that. Not at all. That's not his fault. We never had problems with him. The problem is how your company works. The size of the woman was certainly not the problem !! She is 1m65. Nothing abnormal. And the size of the bike was 100% correct. ---> The problem was the size of the saddle-bar !!!!! This was far to long. At it's lowest point, it was still reaching more than 25 cm above the frame. THAT'S NOT NORMAL !!! I work on bikes for more than 25 years, and believe me, that is not correct !! And your employee did no have the right tools to correct that. AGAIN NOT HIS FAULT ! On another bike the chain was not tightened anymore and worn out. I'm experianced enough to recognize that. The next bike 'the headset was loose' and the battery was only charged for 50%. Please dont tell me that it was all our fault. Where are your so-called bike specialists ? For our concern you only need to rent bikes that are 100% OK. Especially when you ask the highest price in the area. This was certainly not the case !!! Kind regards, Stefaan

Do NOT rent a car from these people. They will STEAL your deposit. I rented a car from them for three weeks. (They made a lot of money on that rental.) When I arrived to drop off the car at the airport, no one from the company was there to verify the condition of the car. I sent them a text, indicating the car was returned and asked them to return the deposit. Immediately, they said the car needed to be cleaned, but there was no damage. I sent them 4 messages asking for the deposit back. They didn't respond. Finally, 2 weeks later, they sent me pictures of damage that was not there when I dropped off the car - damage that would have been visible on their first inspection 2 weeks ago. They did not respond when I told them that this damage was not there when I returned the car. Crooks! Do NOT rent from them!

Very easy paperwork and trustworthy people. We took a Fiat Panda for a day. The car was very clean and there was no hussle at the drop off. We took the car back woth the same amount of fuel and got our 400 euro deposit back the next day.

Good place for renting bikes but not cars. The staff are so friendly and nice. It is close to Malaga Centro. The price is a little higher than other known rental places. They only allow 250 km so be prepared if you want to travel for long distances around Andalusia. Overall I recommend the place to rent bikes only.
