OK Mobility in Malaga

Complete scam - do not use this company !. 2 hour wait for car once arrived, or told to pay an extra 40 euros to skip the queue. Then get to the front desk and asked to sign to say the car is immaculate and undamaged before we actually can see the car.... This is a scam.... We asked to see the car first before signing to agree it's spotless and they refused and said we will have to wait extra 2 hours and re queue.... We reluctantly signed with 2 very tired children to then find a heavily damaged and dirty car. Not the immaculate one we just signed for. Back to the 2 hour queue to complain to be faced with rude unhelpful staff. Then given a second car even more scratched and damaged A complete con. Avoid at all costs. Dread coming back to return it and wasted a entire day holiday...

Very poor service . It took us more than hour to get to counter. Even after car was booked online. Asking for 40 euros to quick service. Next time i am not booking with this company. Everybody just waiting for their turn because they too slow.

Actually a good experience - was a little worried about using them after reading a few reviews but all put to rest. There was the usual talk of extra protection but w'd taken excess cover. - Make sure you get your ticket as soon as you can when you get to the car rental place - that saves time as can be busy - The pick up office is a bit of a walk and right down on minus 2 - if you've elderly or kids best to have them wait and drive up to get them - We always take a video of the car and damage (there's always damage) to use if there's a challenge at drop off (there wasn't) - drop off was fast I'd definitely use again - my one thing was the child seat wasn't easy to install (new unfamiliar brand) and there wasn't much help! we got there in the end though Overall - good value for money - friendly (not too pushy) team - nice modern fleet in OK condition

Had a great experience and specially on the drop off as I was late the airport and needed to most fast and they did a great job ! Even give me a good discount that made me take a much better car than the one I wanted in addition to comfort I got since a lot of friends were recommending them ! The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was the car was a bit dusty but still it was a really good in terms of its condition ! I would highly recommend them and probably will be using them in my future travels

Last year and this year we were fully satisfied with the rental cars we received. Almost new cars and very clean (inside and outside). The pickup was relatively quick and the return was also a piece of a cake. The return dept. is located in -2 from the airport Parking garage and is relatively dark. But the staff is friendly, dedicated, quick and handles the returning process very professionally. Next year we are 100% sure that we are going to rent at OK Mobility again.

Low cost hire, great quality car. I was a little dubious when making the booking due to the negative reviews I read. However, staff were friendly and helpful on collection and return. The car was in fantastic condition and was better than we expected. The whole process was easy.

I did rent because of the competitive rates they offered. I took even the Premium Coverage to avoid any damage to be charged later on me. We arrived and, thanks to the FastTrack booked, it was quite fast to get everything sorted out. They wanted 100EUR as deposit for fuel, anyway I followed them because I wanted to move out fast. We got our category car. Before leaving the parking I did many videos and photos of the damaged car. Scratches everywhere, the back bumper a bit loose but overall car was fine. We did our week and a day before returning, while driving, I noticed something was wrong with the fuel indicator. Suddenly it did always stick at the same level. I refuelled with gasoline and despite the full tank the car showed always same fuel level. Dodgy. The day of returning the car, I tried again to refill the tank at the gas station. Done it. I returned the car and told them straight about the issue, I showed the check from fuel station with date and time and they didn't care at all. They wanted to charge me extra because of that. So, since I did not agree on that, I went out the parking and run to the first gas station making a video of refuelling the tank, which obviously spilled out the gasoline since it was already full. Finally, only after showing my video back in the parking, they agreed to take back the car without charging me extra. They tried to fool me somehow, I have no clue how exactly but that was the feeling.

At pick up we were forced a car we initially did not like, desk at Malaga airport was very indifferent and mega unfriendly. We had no other choice than to accept the car for the 3 weeks we booked it. They offered a different type of car but demanded an additional 300 euros or were very happy to downgrade us to a lesser car than we initially booked. When we arrived to the actual pick up place in the garage we did have another option and the blond lady working there was actually super lovely. We politely refused the offer and went our way. Then, the day of drop off, what an absolute excrement-show that was. On peak hour only one attendant to do the walk through with and a massive line of agitated people wanting to make it on time for their flight. We already witnessed some quarreling between a family that rented and the agent about damages that were apparently already there when they picked up. Super unfriendly, unprofessional and rude agent came to do the walk through with us. Told us because he found a grain of sand on the backseat that he would charge us a whopping 80 Euros for cleaning. Told him that if he would we would never accept that. But they put you under pressure, you have a flight to catch and there is nobody else to talk to. We received an email that the drop off went through and we were NOT charged anything extra and we would receive the full deposit back. Now 2 days later they have charged the credit card with 160 Euros and we do not know for what. My advise is to NEVER book through OK Mobility and go for other companies like recordgo or goldcar. These criminals must be stopped!
