Wypozyczalem Fiata 500 Cabrio. Za wynajem z pelnym ubezpieczeniem zaplacilem juz przed przylotem. Po wyladowaniu dzwoni sie do kierowcy, ktory odbiera nas i zabiera do siedziby oddalonej 5-7 minut od lotniska. Odbior trwal jakies 10 minut. Musialem zaplacic 1 euro kaucji karta imienna, nie musiala byc kredytowa. Przy zwrocie rowniez zero problemow. Kierowca oczywiscie odwozi na lotnisko po zwrocie.

I rented a Fiat 500 Cabrio. I already paid for the rental with full insurance before arrival. After landing, you call the driver who picks you up and takes you to the headquarters 5-7 minutes away from the airport. The pickup took about 10 minutes. I had to pay a 1 euro deposit with a personal card, it didn't have to be a credit card. There are no problems with returning it either. The driver, of course, takes you back to the airport after the return.

Toyota CH-R KK54286 I will share my experience and let everyone draw their own conclusions,- A company that was once very competitive and cared about the customer because we were delighted with the rental in 2023 has simply fallen to the very bottom!!! The car was prepared in a tragic condition, battered, scratched, with missing body parts, the person who picked us up from the airport in a van had absolutely no manners and no empathy for the children and women, he wasn't even willing to help load our children's heavy bags into the van, he just stood there and watched with his arms folded (in one word a true "gentleman") As for the rental price, I guarantee everyone that at this price they will rent a car like this in any other rental company. So there is no point in deluding yourself because the car still has to be vacuumed and washed at the end because a fine will be imposed. On the day of picking up the car, I already informed that this would be our last rental with this company and so it will be!!! To sum up, I do not recommend it.

We rented a crossover car with a premium infant seat and full insurance. For 9 days we paid 600 euros. After landing in Malaga, a quick phone call and a meeting with the company's representative in front of the airport, where we loaded our luggage into the bus and drove a bit further to the company's office. Less than 5 minutes of formalities (plus for accepting debit cards) and we could enjoy a practically new car of a slightly higher class than we were supposed to get (Volvo XC40). The car was practically brand new. When we dropped off, the procedure took less than 5 minutes and we were taken to the airport. The service was very nice and helpful, there was no problem with returning the car almost 2 hours later than we should (after prior telephone contact, of course). Highly recommend for anyone who dont want to play games with dishonest car rental companies. Company representatives speaks in Polish, English and Spanish.

Never in my several years of traveling adventure have I been treated in such a negative way as on November 13, 2024 by the discover-auto Malaga team. The day when the locals announced a red flood alert, the day when there was no end to the downpours, the streets were literally floating, and yet we were told to return the car at the airport at 8 p.m. (as it was originally supposed to be). My requests to return the car the next day, when the situation normalizes, were not received, so unfortunately we were forced to return the car on the agreed date. Due to heavy downpours in Malaga, the metro was closed, and there were thousands of people wanting to use taxis/Ubers at the airport. The lady picking up the car didnt even ask if we had any way to get back to the apartment, she treated it in typical business terms, without showing any empathy to her compatriots on such a difficult day as a flood in a foreign country. In the end, we were in the apartment around 12 p.m., mentally exhausted and disgusted with the way we were treated. Special situations require special behavior, and here we clearly encountered a terrible approach from the discover-auto Malaga team.

Friendly service on site - and thats it. We rented a Fiat 500 for which we purchased insurance with a full package. On the second day, the cars tire exploded. I contacted the hotline and was informed that I would lose my insurance and another car would be provided. I was very surprised because a tire defect should not lead to the replacement of the car, after all, upon arrival, the employees replaced the tire and the Fiat was ready to continue driving. Unfortunately, I was refused and informed that I would now use a Peugeot and I would have to buy ANOTHER INSURANCE or leave a deposit. Total absurdity because after replacing the wheel the Fiat was suitable for further driving and I was charged with another insurance and a car that generated much higher fuel consumption than the ones I chose and was much larger, which was a minus for me because when choosing the car I was guided by economy and ease of parking.

The lowest prices in Malaga and everything looked great until picking up the car. We rented three Fiat 500s and when we returned it turned out that we had to pay extra 15 euros for cleaning one because it was dirty. The guy who picked up the car, despite his young age, was completely uncommunicative, gloomy and unfriendly. When I suggested that I would go to the station and vacuum the car, which would take 10 minutes, he said that we were already late (the day before, I called them to say we would be there at 5 p.m. and we showed up at exactly 5 p.m. and they said 5 p.m. would be OK). I think this is a bit of a stretch, because each of these Fiats will be dusted and cleaned anyway, and its condition is not much different from the others... So to sum up - its good, but the guy spoiled our mood a bit on the last day of our vacation - if he had charged us 15 euros with a smile on his face, the reception would have been completely different.

We took a car for 400 euros for a week from Seville, a Volvo xc40. The car is almost new, 18,000 miles.
