Hicimos una reserva con antelacion pero se produjo un error y se cargo todo a otra tarjeta de credito y no se reconocieron los puntos de recompensa, sin embargo Carlota lo soluciono de inmediato y pudimos cumplir con nuestro itinerario, Muchas Gracias Carlota
We made a reservation in advance but an error occurred and everything was charged to another credit card and the reward points were not recognized, however Carlota solved it immediately and we were able to fulfill our itinerary, Thank you very much Carlota

Sadly, I have the same experience as others. We booked two weeks in advance, the car wasn't available. Massive queue of unhappy people with the same problem, very rude assistant with no apology was trying to push everyone to take manual when everyone had advanced bookings for automatic. In the end, we had to pay extra to get a car and wait a bit for someone to bring the car from the airport. Once done, the car was clean and you can return even after business hours. It's a shame they can't organize cars when customers book in advance.
NEVER AGAIN, the worst service EVER. I reserved twice from them and both times the cars were NOT AVAILABLE. I had to book another car from different company on the spot but I had to pay double the planned amount. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
