Poor Service and they don't respect the rental contract. 1) We had to wait in the rain at their downtown parking and the car wasn't there. Transfer to the airport was proposed to get another car but also that was not on time! loosing more than 2 hours only because of lack of consideration. 2) the car we get was not in good shape, 80000km... wiper blades dead, vibrations when braking... 3) Also bringing the car back was unfriendly: they try to invoice the "missing" fuel, luckily I took fotos at the start! We are absolutely unhappy and will never choose that rental company again! Not serious and no consideration for their customer

I rented a car for 4 days from Malaga airport. Used Minarent as they were competitively priced compared to onsite companies. There was a little confusion as to where to meet them but once that was figured out, it was a simple and easy process and I received my hire car quickly. The car was decent enough and served the purpose that I needed. Staff were friendly. I returned the car and they took me straight to the airport, no waiting around. I would definitely use them again on my visits to Malaga. I would recommend minarent.

Amazing service! Driver met us at the Malaga airport terminal and took us to the car hire office in a private minibus. We got our car upgraded to a shiny brand new Citroen at no extra cost! Very friendly staff! Returning the car was just a formality, no time wasted - the driver took us back to the airport terminal! Great prices and straightforward terms and conditions! The car was delivered to the hotel. New, clean, refueled. The price is decent and not different from the average in Malaga. Minimum formalities (driving license and signature on the form). I returned the car to a point near the airport. I asked for a transfer to the airport - the staff offered a free ride :). Everything went smoothly and without any problems.

On August 25, with a car rented from this company, I suffered a very violent hailstorm in a town in Cuenca, which caused cosmetic damage to the bodywork. The next day I see that they have increased the retention on my card by 1,250 euros, in addition to the 1,150 euros of the ordinary deposit, without informing me of anything, or justifying that amount in any way. Im going to file a complaint with the company and they wont clarify anything for me either. I registered the claim with User and Consumer Services of the Malaga City Council on September 5. Since that day I have not received explanations from the company or any type of communication. Although I did not take out comprehensive insurance (in addition, it does not cover these contingencies) I believe that they should have insurance for these cases and in any case be responsible for the expenses since they are not attributable to negligence or misuse on the part of the client. . Regardless of what the courts say, it seems to me that this company has disparaged me, failed to inform me, and is trying to evade its responsibilities when it comes to insuring its vehicles by passing them on to customers. Not recommended.

Al dia siguiente veo que han aumentado la retencion en mi tarjeta en 1250 euros, ademas de los 1150 euros de la fianza ordinaria, sin informarme de nada, ni justificar esa cantidad de ninguna forma. Voy a poner un reclamacion a la empresa y tampoco me aclaran nada. Registro la reclamacion en Atencion Usuario y Consumidor del Ayto. de Malaga el 5 de septiembre. Desde ese dia no he recibido las explicaciones de la empresa ni ningun tipo de comunicacion. Aunque yo no contrate seguro a todo riesgo (ademas, este no cubre estas contingencias) creo que deberian tener un seguro para estos casos y en todo caso hacerse cargo de los gastos ya que no son achacables a una negligencia ni mal uso por parte del cliente. Independientemente de lo que digan los tribunales, me parece que esta empresa me ha menospreciado, no me ha informado y trata de evadir sus responsabilidades a la hora de asegurar sus vehiculos, pasandolas a los clientes. Nada recomendable.

Friendly and car with small problems easily identified and sent by email for proof. The only aspect I would improve would be the instructions for waiting for the shuttle to pick up the vehicle. Its a little confusing to understand where we have to wait for the shuttle.

Rented a car from Minarent via DoYouSpain in August from 01/10 to 12/10. Yesterday 30/09 (less than 24 hours in advance) it was announced that there will be a strike at Charleroi Airport on 01/10.
