Marbella Rent a Car - Aeropuerto Malaga in Malaga

Super friendly personal, good car and great service!

Unfortunately very bad experience with this company; If I had the options to give 0 stars I would give them 0; customers are treated like garbage and the lady who were manager of the place was very disrespectful and racist. I do hope they realize customers bring the income and being kind is of utmost importance for keeping the business running. The prices are cheap but customer service is below zero. I advise you to choose another car rental, this one will just mess with your holiday.

We booked a 9 seats van at this company. Unfortunately at the arrival in Malaga we faced a very rude an unprofessional manager with 0 customer service skills which was not able to provide us any solution on our matter (didnt have a credit card). We even offered more solutions to her like paying more for the car, to leave a lot of cash at the office as guaranty, to pay a higher deposit. None of these options worked for her having a "leave me alone" behavior since the beginning also saying that all the rentals in Malaga are asking for a credit card. We went to another company which was like 2 streets away from the Marbella rent a car office and in 20 minutes we left the office with 2 cars (unfortunately the van was not available) and paying a lot less for those and NOT HAVING A CREDIT CARD. My problem was their attitude with a customer who really wanted to use their services. If you don't want to ruin your holiday my advice is to avoid this company.

Very bad experience. Kindly do not recomend this company. The manager was very rude with us, no information provided in regards to refund. Atitudine zero, cuatomer support 0, friendly with the customer 0

Unprofessional staff. The manager has 0 customer service. She is the image of the company and she treats her customers with disgrace. We had a problem with renting a mini-van and her solution to our solutions was "calling the police because she needs to work and we are disturbing her". Avoid this at all costs!

Everything was fine! Perfect service! Arrived on the airport and immediately get a call where to go! Shuttle to the airport was also perfect!!! Very good company!

Excellent experience with Marbella Rent a Car, which is located in Malaga which is a bit confusing. Service was superb, we got called when we arrived at the airport and immediatly picked up by a very friendly driver who brought us to our rental car. Trustworthy place with no-nonsense approach to renting a car. Would recommend if you want a car near Malaga.

One of the best Car rental experiences i ever had. We got picked up from the Airport, got the car and had a wonderfull time. then we gave it back and they drove us back to the airport. Easy and Simple. And the Price for one Week was Incredible, will only book Marbella from now on.
