Helle Hollis Car Rental in Malaga

Pickup, drop off and the car was all good. However I've been trying through several of emails to get just an simple answer of how the fuel price is calculated. They say they have "a fair fuel policy" but at my own calculation there's 100% mark up on the fuel. Which would be fair if they could just be honest about their price, but they regrettably don't want to answer when I ask them to specify how the fuel cost was calculated.

Very efficient handeling of the staff both when you get the car handed over and when you drop it off. They actually care about their job at least that is how it feels. I had never heard of them before but I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family!

Amazing client-first approach, highly recommend We had a flat tire (1.5h from Malaga), and they had a tow truck pick us up and drive us to a nearby repair center, which unfortunately did not carry those specific tires. As we wanted to stay in the area for the day, they agreed to arrange a private transfer in the evening to Malaga, where we would receive a new car. We had the full insurance option, and didn't pay anything extra (not even for the private transfer!)

After choosing this car rental based on numerous positive reviews and an excellent value for money, we definitely don't regret it. There were four of us, and we rented an SUV, including full insurance coverage. The car rental is located approximately one and a half kilometers from the main terminal in Malaga. Small shuttle buses arrive every 10 to 20 minutes, taking tourists to the respective car rental companies. Upon arrival, we were served quickly and efficiently at four to six counters, even though not all of them were manned. Drawing from my experience in the car rental industry, I can confidently say that this is truly a top-notch car rental service with excellent vehicles. The cars were neatly lined up in a large hall, where one could even take a stroll. They were clean, well-maintained, and free of damage. There were no attempts by the staff to push additional services or sell expensive extras. The fuel policy was also exemplary. All the employees we interacted with on-site were extremely friendly and professional. We will gladly book a car from here again next time.

Amazing experience with this car rental, after we got scammed by one of their neighbours. They stick to their promise, offer very fair prices, high quality cars, friendly service. They delivered us a clean and good car for 9 days. You have to deliver the vehicle back with full gasoline. They pick you up from the terminal and drop you off to the terminal with their quick shuttle service.
