Fetajo Rent a Car (aeropuerto de Malaga) in Malaga

Fetajo is always great, reliable, and affordable. They bring the car to the airport, are friendly, and everything goes quickly. A week ago I rented a car (a Fiat 500c convertible) from Marbesol because Fetajo didn't have this model, and it turned out to be a bad experience, to put it mildly. So, from now on, I'll stick with Fetajo car rental. Keep up the good work

Honest and transparent rental company at reasonable prices. Car had 67,000km and was good but had a worn transmission. On arrival at 10pm due to a delayed flight , we could not find the Fetajo rep. After waiting for 15 mins, we took a taxi to our local hotel and during the journey the rep rang to say they had been busy and that they would bring the car to us at the roadside. Thus, we picked the car up 4 km from the airport in a residential area. The advice that I give to Fetago is to send an automated text reminder to every customer giving them them the 24hr number in case of difficulty- this number is hidden away in emails and web pages and not easy to find when you first land at the airport. Or store it on your phone before taking the plane.

First of all, I must say that I have never left a positive review for a rental car company before, because usually it's quite an expensive and stressful process! However, I am very happy to leave a shining five star review for this company - the whole process from start to finish was super easy, the staff that I dealt with beforehand were unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the chap who collected us from the arrivals hall at the airport and took us to our car was fantastic. The drop off process was probably the easiest I have ever experienced - you get a QR code that leads you to an extremely accurate map, and then you just leave it parked and text them to come and collect it after you've left. I have literally nothing negative to say about them at all - the car itself was in good condition and well presented, the price was excellent, and even the price of the extra "all bells and whistles" insurance was extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company over any others that I have used in over 25 years of visiting Spain and probably using all the available car hire companies over the years...! They absolutely deserve ALL the stars, and I will book again next time :-)

By far the best car rental company in Malaga. I have been renting from them every summer for years. Family owned local company. No need for shuttle buses, they meet you on arrival at the airport and show you to your car, which is parked right outside the terminal. On drop-off, just park in the express lot outside departures and leave the key in the car. Excellent cars and excellent prices.

What can I say? a revelation for me! Hassle-free booking and contact. Pickup is also great, distinctive green T-shirts easy to find at the airport. We received a practically new car, clean as we expected. Return is also hassle-free. I recommend it 100% to anyone who expects complete satisfaction. Prices are very good. Coulnd't imagine a better experience. Thank you, Fetajo. Will definitely be coming back when in the area. Affordable, totally hastle free with extra insurance, which will also wave away the deposit. 5 minutes out of the arrivals and already on the road. Went for Volkswagen T Cross. Got two years completely road worthy and clean car. Returning couldn't be easier. Just dropping the car to Express Parking and leaving it there for someone to pick up later. Staff very friendly. Thumbs up and highly recommended.

Very nice rental company. We booked a VW polo but they didn't have it and gave us a VW T-CROSS without paying extra which was very nice. A person welcomed us when we arrived at the airport. He showed us the car, we double checked the booking details and then he explained to us where to leave the car at the airport. We got full insurance and for 10 days we paid 260 euros which is a very fair price. The car is fairly new and I think it is full option (AC, Android Auto, parking sensors, hill assistance, adaptive cruise control) 10/10 would rent from them again, great experience and 0 headache, totally recommend this company.
