Great Rental Car Experience, very proffesional staff at both pick up and return locations. Jose Marie at Pick Up location was very polite, spooke good English and explained evarything very well. He was very helpful and kind. Drp off went smooth and was straight forward. A young lady in the office helped me with a receipt and also spoke very good English and was just as nice as ever. I will seek Europcar for my next european crrar rental and will be pleased to recommend them.

Under no circumstances should you rent from Europcar Vans Malaga. A three-day rental cost me 248 euros. They then took 300 from my card without authorization, claiming that a cross-border clause in the contract had been exercised without - at any point at the point of sale - asking me if I wanted it. We brought the car back and apparently the rim was a little out or I dont know what... Obviously we explained that we didnt do anything because the car was almost always in a garage and furthermore its a point where you either rub a pavement or nothing. Bye bye 240 euros which obviously if you havent taken out insurance with them they send the photo to your insurer and they verify. TAKE videos of the machine before using it Especially if its a small car already with scratches etc... they will definitely blame you. What then, we had booked for another car which they didnt give us and we queued for more than an hour to get one.
