I was grateful to the one male employee who went to find his female colleagues who were hiding away from customers at pick up. Only his counter was in operation as the queue built up. They'd seen us but preferred to stay in the office at the back. Car collection is the farthest away of all onsite car rental companies. My car had flat tyres. They obviously don't check air pressure. Be advised that Europcar return is on a level lower than all the others in the largely deserted and poorly lit level -2. There is no indication of this until you unpack all your things and go to the office on level -1.
Extremely long wait - they are only able to process one customer every ~15 minutes or so - took us nearly 2 hours to get to the counter. Most of the other rental terminals were moving much faster - look to Sixt, Avis, Budget - all seemed much better options in Malaga Airport. The 1st time with Europcar and would be the last time in Malaga.
The car was new and good. The only thing I did not enjoy was the cleanliness of the windows from inside (it was kinda hard to see through when the sun was out).
Everything was as expected, fast and friendly service, no any problems or difficulties. Only one note, car windows were clened with wrong chemical and all windows were unclear from inside, what make difficult driving in the direct sunlight.
Very friendly service when collecting the car. Car was new and clean. Car drop off fast and simple. Overall great!
Definitely recommend Europacar. The staff were really nice and helpful. The process of picking up the car and dropping it off was very simple and easy. I would definitely rent a car with them again!

Possibly the best rental experience I've had in forty years of travelling. The facilitator at the Europcar counter showed me how to log in and select a queue position and was polite, helpful and professional. Your customer representative, Sukeina, was a delight. Courteous, friendly, good-humoured and efficient and she didn't apply hard-sell techniques when offering additional insurance cover (I had my own arranged through a broker). The vehicle she allocated me was almost brand-new and was absolutely immaculate. Returning the vehicle was simplicity itself, with a polite and friendly rep checking me in and confirming instantly that there was no damage and that the fuel tank was full. All in all a very impressive experience. Please extend my thanks to your team.
