Enterprise Alquiler de Coches y Furgonetas - Malaga, Marea Baja in Malaga

I had a great experience with the Marea Baja branch in Malaga. Nalleli was professional and incredibly helpful when I picked up the car, ensuring everything went smoothly, and Alvaro made the return process quick and easy, allowing me ample time to check in for my flight. The car was in excellent condition, ran perfectly, and the price was more competitive than other companies. I'll definitely be returning to this branch for future rentals!

Very helpful and kind. Waited for me more than one hour after closing time, because the flight was late. Very good car, perfect condition.

We were very courteously and professionally assisted by Tomas when we returned our car that we picked up in Madrid. We even received a ride to the nearest bus stop so we could continue our journey in Malaga. The nicest rental car experience so far!

We had booked a car at Enterprise Malaga (city pickup) through Amex Travels. Went this morning to pick up the car as scheduled and discovered that Enterprise did not have the car. They did not offer to provide any other car and said nothing was available. They had not bothered to cancel the booking or notify the Travel Agency. Just said that they didn't have the car despite a booking that we confirmed a couple of months ago. The person there was kind enough to drop us to the Malaga airport to look for other rental options. Nothing available at such short notice!!! Called Amex Travels and they were equally surprised and confirmed they had not been notified. Thankfully Amex was able to book another car but at a higher rate (smaller can and manual transmission) and we wasted 3 hours, courtesy Enterprise. Amex then tried to cancel the Enterprise booking online but they couldn't as Enterprise was showing as if the car had been picked up. To be continued! Let's see what happens

My advice - look for another service. Enterprise - is not about loyalty or honesty. These are scammers who do not care about their reputation or about the client coming back and leaving some more money. Their slogan is - cheat now and find another client. You book and pay for a car of one class - on the day of receiving the car at the office they tell you that we only have 2 classes lower, but we will give you a refund. As you understand, there will be no refund. Not when you return the car, not when you come to their office week later, never! And they never pick up the phone. Scammers!

It was all good initially and the lady from Cadiz was supporting in the best possible way. However, eventually it ended up with over and double charging. At the same time there is no answer to the calls for several days as well as emails. They charged me twice mroe than on the website although initially it was supposed to be a deposit. While I doubt, I still appreciate if you can contact me via email. It was the Blue BMW rental (4DW6Y6)

Don't rent a VAN from this company! They try to scam and blame you for non-created damage by you. So I warn you again for this company. It's one big scam how the work! Very, very bad experience with them after I brought back my VAN in perfect conditioning without damage at all. So they are scammers! In my used car There was no damage at all. And a few days later Enterprise came with fake damage in a plastic piece in the front of the car.
