Debbie is amazing, she is very helpful, kind and made the whole process of returning the car a breeze! We were very happy with our Cupra, it was comfy and had all the amenities we were looking for in a car. Car was clean and in a great state. However, I do have two things to add about our pickup experience in Madrid: 1. Nobody explained us how to use basic functionalities of the car (turn the engine on and off, parking brake, turning lights, changing in reverse) and these are a bit different for every car. We were in a couple of stressful situations because last minute we didn't know how to use them and were very careful not to damage the car. 2. The lady at our car pickup was extremely nice, however we ordered a Compact Elite car, expecting narrow garages in Spain, and then received a Cupra SUV. We know it's a great car and they probably considered it as an upgrade, but we for a specific reason wanted a more narrow car. This way, we had a lot of stress everytime we were choosing where to park because we did not want to put the car in danger.

We rented a car from Enterprise, and everything initially went well. However, when returning the car, they withheld EUR192 from our deposit. When we asked why, they claimed that, according to the contract, we had requested insurance when picking up the car. However, we never did! The contract you have to sign is entirely in Spanish, which makes it difficult to fully understand what it says. So, be extra careful about what you sign! We have requested a full refund of our deposit but have yet to receive any response. Be cautious and always double-check what you sign!

My flight was delayed due to circumstances beyond my control, and I had no internet access to inform the company of my delay. Upon arrival, I was met by an employee with a harsh tone who informed me that there were no other rental cars available and he didn't know when they might be. Another, more courteous employee offered me a car for a rate of 50 euros per day. I had to agree to the offer, but when it came time to pay, the rude employee increased the price to 70 euros per day as if he didn't want to rent to me--I don't understand why. After a long argument, they agreed to lower the price back to 50 euros! I am disappointed with this company. I've dealt with many other rental companies that respect their customers and offer alternatives, even if the fault lies with the customer, and without exploitation. I will not repeat my experience with you, thank you.

I reserved a full size SUV 1 month ago for pickup today. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the only vehicle they had was a crappy, run down minivan. I went from expecting to drive a nice Volvo XC-40 to driving a horrible, run down Seat Alhambra! I would not recommend this rental company, or ever use their services again. Renter beware!! Update: I responded per their request 5 days ago and have not heard back. My guess is that as the rental is being returned today, they don't need to do anything. Clearly they don't care about their customers or service. STAY AWAY!!!

Amazing service, speedy, and attentive. Yusuf was absolutely the best, going the extra mile to help us out to not miss our flight! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you so much! The car return is just outside the airport on the road leading to it. We had a bit of a hard time finding the place (since I changed the return location I did not have the full address) and using google maps was not very easy. We got to the return office late to catch a flight, and very stressed- Yusuf was there to help us out with everything and calm us down! He took us to the airport in person to make sure we are not too late. He is truly amazing and we cannot thank him enough!

Car broke down 3.5 hours ago. After 2 visits from roadside assistance they have taken the car away after identifying an alternator fault, but have told me I need to travel for an hour to collect a replacement - which will be fun now that I don't have a car. Been waiting for an hour and a half for a call back to explain how this will be resolved. Airport branch will not pick up the phone and their call center is not able to do anything at all and have now hung up after waiting for 30minutes.

Very bad service and one of the worst branch Managers. I rented a volvo 90c or similar like 4 months ago and When i reached they offered me a smaller less lexury car while my car is supposed to be a lexury SUV then the manager Marcos Vaskis offered me a Mercedes Van or a Range Rover Evoke or a Hyundai Soranto which was missing the logo I refused all those options as they were a downgrade he became rude and asked me to either take it or cancel my reservation and go somewhere else In this short time period how could I do that and he didn't even offered me a compensation or and any other help and his words to me exactly where you standing here it won't change any fact take it or leave it. Unfortunately since I was with my family I had to take a car so I accepted the Hyundai and that even wasn't ready they had to take it for a car wash and clean it we had to wait almost an hour till it was finally ready. Not even an apology from Mr. Marco Vaskis I just wonder how could an international reputable company such as Enterprise hire such staff and have such a very very bad customer service one pf the worst experiences I have ever had with a rental company and all Thanks to Mr. Marcos Vaskis

So renting a car from Hertz is easy and smooth this is something else...Ive waited for a car for 40 minutes now. The problem is for a premium car you need to two different Credit and debit cards with you in order to rent. Could not see this information on the site or in the confirmation or was in the smallest font or invisible ink...wouod being me another card if it was clear...See when I get the car and return it if I change my mind on the review...add-on is Im not the only one been waiting for car. Another couple had thier car 1 hour late... Ok so here is the other problem...the key does not work to open the car. I need to use the emergency key for it then start the car. As I'm in Marbella I will not drive back to get it changed. I will return the car.

Even if the check-in experience in Malaga Airport could have been way better,,, I got a very positive surprise when returning the car at the Sevilla Santa Justa office. Jose Luis and his Team were aware of the situation upon my arrival, carefully asked the right questions, and politely took the necessary corrective actions on spot. Great companies learn fast and gather feedback from their Clients to implement the required improvements. Kudos to the Enterprise team on this one. If every Rental Car company applied this same approach, we would all experience a better service.

We arrived an hour later than our reservation, they had run out of the type of car we reserved. It took an to resolve all the issues but they made everything in their power to send us on our way with the vehicle we needed ( gave us an extra one at no charge ) , took care of the price difference on the first one and much more . The return was quick and no hassle . Kudos to everyone there

I take this opportunity to add a star and tell you not to rent with enterprise! And if you do or already have a reservation made, film the vehicle from top to bottom and also take detailed photos of the covers and force the person who gives you the vehicle to check them with you (in short, it is their job and they do not ), as they then claim previous wear and tear or damage to the next renter. I really dont recommend them in Spain. In the rest of the countries where you rent with enterprise this does not happen, in Spain it does. Its a shame that they are so mediocre in customer service, that speaks volumes about the people of their country. In addition to that, they have many companies that are inside the airport and are outside and they have to wait for a bus, so they save time.

Y Si lo hacen o ya tienen una reserva realizada filmen el vehiculo de arriba a abajo y ademas saquen fotos detalladas de las cubiertas y obliguen a la persona que les entrega el vehiculo que las controle con ustedes( en definitiva es su trabajo y no lo hace), ya que luego alegan el desgaste o dano anterior al siguiente que alquila. Realmente en Espana no los recomiendo. En el resto del los paises donde alquile con enterprise esto no pasa, en Espana si. Una pena que sean tan mediocres en servicio al cliente, eso habla mucho de la gente de su pais. Sumado a eso tienen muchas companias que estan dentro del aeropuerto esta se encuentra fuera y tienen que esperar un bus asi que de paso se ahorran tiempo.

We had booked a car at Enterprise Malaga (city pickup) through Amex Travels. Went this morning to pick up the car as scheduled and discovered that Enterprise in Malaga did not have the car. They did not offer to provide any other car and said that nothing was available. They had not even bothered to cancel the booking or notify the Travel Agency. Just said that they didn t have the car despite a booking that we confirmed a couple of months ago but was kind enough to drop us at Malaga airport to find another rental car. And of course, nothing was available at such short notice! Enterprise said they had no cars today in Malaga, Marbella, Seville or nearby places. Called Amex Travels and they were equally surprised and confirmed they had not been notified. Thankfully Amex was able to book another car at Sixt but at a much higher rate (and it s a smaller car, with manual drive) and we wasted 3 hours of our time, courtesy Enterprise. Amex Travels tried to cancel the Enterprise booking online once the new booking had been made, but they couldn t as Enterprise system was showing as if the car had been picked up. To be continued! Let s see what happens next. I just hope Enterprise doesn t charge us after all this!

Never never book a car from Enterprise. I booked a car 3 weeks before the pickup date through their own homepage and got a confirmation email. In the air on my way to Malaga I got a message that they have canceled my car rental 3 hours before the pick up time .. you confirmed a reservation for today, unfortunately we had a logisitc problem and the car wont be available, so we have to etiher replace the reservation for tomorrow, find a new mobility solution or cancel it, we want to let you know that any mobility solution that we can help you we will happily do it I didn t now that was possible in a country as Spain. When we went out to the Rental center, we talk with the most arrogant employee who just said that we should book a new car for an another company. Our booking was supposed to cost 65 and the only other option was to book a car thru a another company and the price was 600 So never never book a car from Enterprise. I m working for Hertz in Copenhagen airport, and we will never never do this in a case like this. Even drive us to the local train station was not a possibility.

The person who helped me, Sandra Guzman, was very unprofessional when it came to assisting us. He had some arrogance that he couldnt handle, I think being a Central American with a US passport bothered him and he didnt know how to simulate his displeasure. In the end, after making us wait more than 30 minutes, they gave us the car. There was also another boy with her whose name I couldnt catch but he didnt want to help us either. I do not recommend using the Malaga interprise, since if you are not tall and have blonde hair they will look at you with contempt. Spaniards with little professionalism

Thieves. Dont rent here. They charged me for a dent that I never made and it wasnt even noticeable at the time I picked it up. They took my 250 guarantee, which is not worth that arrangement either. They dont respond to emails either.
