I really like this company. It was my second time to rent a car here and I was happy. Good prices for so many days - I had full insurance and tank full/full. They pick you up with there shuttle bus at the airport. It was not easy to find the shuttle bus... but if you go out of the terminal and walk straight forward crossing the street you will find it.. and you can call them ;) The shuttle bus also brings you back to the airport when you bring back the car.
Be careful!! They charged me 150EUR for ,,special cleaning" because there was a minor amount of sand in the car when we returned it. I've never experienced such a behavior with any other car rental provider. And they didn't warn us in advance. Absolute ripoff and shady business conduct.
This is honestly the worst car rental company I've ever dealt with. The staff are incredibly rude and make you feel like you're bothering them just by asking questions. The cars are a disaster. Dirty, old, and smelled terrible, like it had been through a flood or something. It looked like they haven't cleaned or maintained their fleet in years. There's a reason Del Paso is so cheap: it's a trap. You'll regret every cent you saved. Spend a little more and rent from a proper company. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.
Used Delpaso for our 7 day trip in Spain, no hassle car rental company had no issues and would definitely use again as would my family that also rented along with us for the same period
I rented a Seat Leon online some days ago and went to pick it up this morning, but upon arrival, I was informed that there were no Seat Leons available, and I was given a "superior" model instead--a Nissan Juke. I wasn't convinced that it was superior, and when I finally saw the car, it was clear that it was far from an upgrade. The vehicle, with registration number 4458 KVB, is over five and a half years old and feels incredibly worn inside. It's visibly aged, and I'm extremely disappointed with the condition of the car, especially since I rented it for over two weeks. This was my first time renting from DELPASO, and it will definitely be my last.
I have rented cars two times there. In my opinion, they try to maximize their margins in a no professional way. An extra insurance will be almost forced, and you will be intimidated. If you want to rent a car here, you have to take pictures and videos of every single detail of the car. Otherwise, at the return, you will proably have to pay for damage that was already there before you even got the car in the first place and who knows how many people could have already paid the same damage. I am disappointed, but I could try one last time to see if they cange some things, and in my opinion, professionally do business.
Very poor quality of car with high mileage, dirty no radio antenna stick shift cover damage ... poor facilities...high insurance extra cost...credit card tricks to push you to add covers... looks attractive but becomes more expensive than reputable companies...a real tourist trap... to avoid
What a pathetic show these cowboys run. I thought I'd rented a 5 door small car or similar? Of course at point of sale their rep was not interested in this,as I didn't want to take out their super insurance that I had from home for PS25 already? Instead I got a battered Fiat 500,that looked like it had just returned from the Paris to Dakar rally! I took 24 pictures and 2 videos of damage / marks on the car and upon returning it, 10 days, later the same rep went over it with a fine tooth comb, accusing us of damage that was already there. ( Do they get a bonus for not returning the EUR1500 deposit?) There were 3 other returning cars and not one of them was checked over? When the rep couldn't prove any of it he marched back to reception, with movements that would have graced any Flamenco, so I diligently flipped him "the bird" !! Just before we took their shuttle back to Malaga airport he came out with 3 others and told me I was banned from Delpaso for making gestures? Like I would ever rent from these cowboys again anyway? AVOID AT ALL COSTS
