Tried to rent a car, but they refused. Without giving a reason they said they cannot offer me any car. When I insisted to give any reason they replied "it may be your IP address or simply the fact that you do not reside in Denmark." Few days later my wife tried to rent a car, but they refused again. From different IP address, so it must be the Denmark thing. It smells like discrimination.

Have used Costa cars for two years (around 20 rental in total) without any problems at all. Always on time regardless if we have arrived delaid in the middle of the night. Average time from we pick up our luggage to we are in the car is around 15 minutes. Only downside is the rental is bit expensive and I often end up choose a very small car to match the price from competitors. I can certainly give my honest and best recommendations

Fantastic fast service - both when picking up and dropping off the car. Their shuttle bus service works really well, their staff are super service minded and we spent a maximum of 10 minutes at pick up/drop off. I can highly recommend Costa cars.
