Be careful! They are a SCAM! Nearly a month after I returned the car, I am still waiting for my full refund. My car was scheduled to be picked up at 11:30 AM, but we only received the keys 45 minutes later, at 12:15 PM. We had to wait a very long time. We returned the car before 12:00 PM (remember, we received the car at 12:15 PM) on the agreed day and with a full tank of fuel. I dropped the keys at the counter, where the lady was happy to receive them and advised that she would send the paperwork later. Little did I know, she entered the return time when she processed the paperwork, not when I physically handed her the keys! She entered 12:22 PM. I thought I was dealing with a reputable and honest company. To my disappointment, when I received the paperwork, they charged me for an additional day of car hire and insurance, even though the car was returned before the time the keys were provided! Their response was that I should have returned the car at 11:30 AM, even though I did not receive the car at that time. What a SCAM!!! I have contacted them but am still waiting for a response. Do yourself a favor--DON'T use this company!

16 December 2023 I hired a car from them after arriving from the UK for our Spanish holiday We were picked up by a really friendly driver at Malaga airport in a nice new van with no waiting time When we got to the office, there were three employees working and we didn't have to wait at all, seen straight away by a really friendly lady who was genuinely nice! The lady did not try to sell us any additional insurance, didn't try to use scare tactics or scam us. This is very welcoming so thank you To my surprise they gave me a free upgrade which I was thrilled with, a really nice Cupra which honestly was very nice and beautiful to drive. This set our holiday off to a positive start! I had zero problems with the car or the booking process. One of the people that work there cleaning cars was kind enough to set the entertainment system to English settings for us! The night before returning the car I filled the fuel to full, hovered the car and washed the car. Upon returning the car, the same lady checked everything and said all is fine We had a full pack of drinking water left over which I gave to the staff at the desk We were then taken in the van back to Malaga Airport by another friendly driver who advised us on visiting Fuengirola the next time we visit Spain The van again was very clean, nice smelling and comfortable to ride in. I received my full deposit back with no issues whatsoever - overall super happy with the booking process, the staff friendliness and the free upgrade! Thank you Centauro for making our holiday special and the service you gave us. I'LL BE BACK!

I am their loyal customer, that's why they were the first option when I decided to rent from the office in Malaga. the car provided was according to the car class I opted for. car in very good condition, approx. 11Tkm. car very clean inside and out. I drove approximately 1000 km in 4 days. impeccable road attire. pick up and drop off were very fast as usual. I recommend with confidence.

Renting a car is often a nightmare, with most car rental companies trying to rip you off, so you have to carefully document the condition of the car when you pick it up and then argue that you didn't damage it in any way. With Centauro it was a completely different experience - the prices are very good, the cars are new and the service is very good. I also paid for full insurance as part of the rental. When I picked it up there, they only charged a fuel deposit in case I didn't finish it. Unfortunately I managed to scrape the car slightly on a pillar when parking, and was very surprised at the attitude when returning the car. They told me it was perfectly fine, they didn't even ask me to fill anything out, they just took the keys saying I had paid for full insurance so it was fine and I could wait for the bus to the airport. The only thing I would change is that the car didn't have parking sensors, and when you are used to them from your car, plus you get a different car than your own, you can easily knock it somewhere. I think it would clearly pay off for the rental company to configure the cars with sensors. It's also annoying that everything that can be stolen is taken out of the cars, i.e. the carpets and the roller blind in the trunk, so you can see through the window what's in the trunk, which can attract thieves. I understand that the reason for this is that customers steal these items, but I would rather pay a deposit or sign that I have taken possession of the roller blind than worry about someone stealing all my stuff from my car.

Rented from Malaga airport via DoYouSpain. Hassle free, well priced and a good quality car. Took a little longer than I would have liked to collect but returning it was really quick. The deposits I left (damage waiver and fuel) were returned in less than 24hrs. Overall, a very good experience

Brilliant service. Great price, new car, and the friendliest staff you could imagine. Due to flight delays, we arrived half an hour after the closing time, however, the staff patiently waited for us and didn't charge a single penny for this. Absolutely fabulous service.
