It's the first time we've used Bahia Sexi and found it was a very friendly service. We had a prompt collection from Malaga airport and return back after returning the car. We hired a small basic car which is what we got and which was in a clean and good condition. The ability to pre-complete the rental agreement details online saved time at the collection point and made it very speedy. We'll definitely consider this company in the future.

Best car rental experience I've ever had. The process is way faster than with a big company. Sorting paperwork and picking up the car way quick and easy. They pick you up from the airport and drop you back from their offices (5 mins away) on you return, and there were 9 of us with a toddler! Juan and his team are all lovely guys, very communicative and accommodating too. Can't recommend enough.

An excellent car rental service which I would highly recommend! I have rented two cars on separate occasions recently (April 2023). Both times I just arrived at the office and cars were found that were perfect for me. (I was advised that it is preferable to book, just in case they are extra busy). On each occasion I was treated promptly and with great courtesy. I tried conversing in Spanish, but I was asked if I preferred to speak in English, which made things easier for me. The prices are very reasonable and the cars were extremely clean. I paid a small amount extra for comprehensive insurance per day, which was worth the peace of mind. The cars are parked outside the office and there is a roped off area to make returning them easier if the street is busy. I was told that I could ring up to extend the rental if needed and there was a 24 hour available number if there were any problems. I was really happy with the service I received, and I will definitely rent from them again. 10 out of 10!

I rented a car through Bahia Sexi Rent a Car. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant. While driving on highway 367 towards Malaga, the car suddenly stopped, leaving us stopped in a dangerous place with no possibility of moving the vehicle. The most worrying thing was that I was traveling with my wife and two-year-old son, and we had to wait in the middle of the highway for more than two hours for assistance. Despite immediately contacting the rental company, the response was extremely slow and no quick solution was offered for our situation. This put our safety and that of the child at risk, and resulted in a very stressful and unacceptable experience. This was the fourth time in four consecutive years that I had rented a car and the second time it had stopped. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service offered by Bahia Sexi Rent a Car and would not recommend this company to anyone who values their safety and that of their loved ones.

Esto puso en riesgo nuestra seguridad y la del nino, y resulto en una experiencia muy estresante e inaceptable. Esta fue la cuarta vez en cuatro anos consecutivos que alquilaba un coche y la segunda vez que se me quedo parado. En general, estoy extremadamente insatisfecho con el servicio ofrecido por Bahia Sexi Rent a Car y no recomendaria esta empresa a nadie que valore su seguridad y la de sus seres queridos.

This is the third time we have rented a car in the Class A Full Pack from Bahia Sexi Malaga, and twice we took advantage of pick-up outside opening hours. One or two days before departure we received a call and were asked whether the stated flight times would stick. When you arrive at Malaga airport, you simply call the number and you will be picked up straight away and taken to the office. After the formalities have been clarified, you receive the keys and can go. You will not be pressured to book additional services, nor will the price be increased for an unknown reason or anything similar. We are very enthusiastic about the service and the employees. The cars were always perfectly cleaned inside and out. The employees are also aware of flight delays and have never incurred additional costs for longer delays. The employees are all super friendly and accommodating. This time we were able to get to know Juan, who greeted us warmly on the phone in perfect German. Even on the short way to the office, we had a very nice conversation :) - thank you very much, Juan :) We will definitely book with Bahia Sexi Malaga more often. Thank you for your service! Angekommen am Flughafen Malaga ruft man die Nummer kurz an und wird direkt abgeholt und zum Buro gebracht. Nach Klarung der Formalien erhalt man die Schlussel und kann los. Man wird nicht dazu gedrangt, weitere Leistungen zu buchen, noch wird aus einem nicht erkennbaren Grund der Preis erhoht oder ahnliches. Wir sind vom Service und den Mitarbeitern sehr begeistert. Die Autos waren immer innen und aussen tiptop gereinigt. Auch Flugverspatungen haben die Mitarbeiter auf dem Schirm, es sind nie Zusatzkosten bei langerer Verspatung angefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Mal durften wir Juan kennenlernen, der uns schon in einem perfekten deutsch am Telefon freundlich begrusst hat. Auch auf dem kurzen Weg ins Buro, hat man sich sehr nett unterhalten :) - vielen Dank Juan :) Wir werden definitiv noch ofters bei Bahia Sexi Malaga buchen. Vielen Dank fur euren Service!
