Very easy to deal with, met me at the airport, and the car was right outside in the car park. the driver told me how to drop off the car, but I forgot. On the way back I dropped in at their office, and was given a ride to the airport. Great service from Irene! Recommend.

We booked a car for 2 weeks to travel around Andalusia. We are very pleased with the service: easy and fast booking, good prices, a car in perfect condition, no hidden fees (at least at the time of writing this review ). Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night, and the employee waited patiently for us and quickly completed all the documents. Reception of the car was also very fast. We can confidently recommend this service!

We will take our flight on Sunday December 25. We were promised that a driver would be ready to take our car to the storage facility (the car is stored inside). This is a contract that will be signed upon collection of the car. (This is an annual contract)

Never in my life had i have such a absolutely delightful experience renting with a car company as with Autos Navarro. They were helpful in any way possible, no hidden costs, easy and fast to respond to our messages and super nice staff. Very good service. People speak fluent English. Car Toyota Corolla hybrid. Pick up and drop off the car at the airport smoothly. A flat tire was quickly resolved. Too bad about the battery problem, but this was also resolved within the hour. Definitely worth four stars.

AVOID at all costs! These people are extremely rude with their customers, and they didn t show up to meet us at the airport to bring us the car we rented because they lack the basic understanding of time and thought 00:00 of a specific day is the end of the day instead of the start. They left us at the airport with no apologies, no alternatives, no support, after a surreal conversation with a lady on the phone that literally said things like the car will be ready tomorrow and this is now your problem . The middleman we rented the car through (Turo) told us we were right and refunded us in full, but please if you want to rent a car in Malaga and surroundings avoid all cars from Autos Navarro, as they clearly don t care about their customers and they are unwilling to help if you are stranded in the airport at midnight (which I m sure all of you know the meaning of, except for them). I m sure someone working for them will reply here, to whom I simply say to check the photo I attached instead of wasting time trying to defend your employees terrible attitude and lack of empathy.
