Best option to rent a car in Malaga! Good prices, nice personnel and fast actions from them, like taking you to the airport, refunding the money back.

Great people, just a slow process (not their fault) they could benefit from some updated equipment. But good prices and selection.

They are fraud, did the unauthorise transaction on my card and have not refunded the deposit of PS400 its been 5 days car has been returned. I have raised the dispute with bank. Reply- Hello sir, I have no issues with your additional 2 days rent and extra cost for the fuel. I was readily agreed to pay for the fuel even though the fuel meeter was showing 673 whereas when you delivered it was 618. I will attach these 2 photographs to this review if you wish. My concern was I had clearly told you that you need to take the extra charge from the deposit and refund the remaining. But you still charged my card for extra and you have not refunded the deposit at all. Its been a week now so if this is not a fraud then what else you want to call this??

This was our second time in Malaga and both times, we rented cars from Autos Lido. First time 3 of us rented a smaller car, second time 6 of us rented a 7 seater and both times the cars and service were exceptional. I can only recommend this company, friendly staff, prompt communication, reliable service. I want to take a moment to mention Francisco, who has been dealing with us both times and he has provided an incredible service. Even after the trip (unfortunately been caught for speeding) he has managed our fine and communicated throughout the whole process. The most professional car rental I have ever came across. Rented a car 14th-20th Feb 2024. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Was travelling with a person with reduced mobility and they were very helpful to her. The car was almost brand new and very clean. The paperwork was completed quickly. I formed the impression that the staff were trustworthy and not cowboys. Returning the car was straightforward, checked in quickly, no problems, taken straight back to the airport. The cost was very competitive. I felt very comfortable with this company and will use them again if I return to Malaga.

Driver waiting in arrivals for me, got taken straight to their office. Haven't used them for several years but they still had all my details. Booked a Polo but they upgraded me to a 2022 Hyundai i20. Drop at end of hire very easy. Will certainly use them again, very satisfied.
