Very fair prices and excellent (VIP like) service. We only had to exit the arrival hall and the staff was waiting for us and took us to the car that was ready to go only 50m away. The same at our departure the staff was friendly and waiting for us at the express drop off. Will use them again.

They cheat! I already paid for the full insurance with no deposit and they force me to pay again 56 euros in the airport. In my booking confirmation was told: "The car has a theft excess of 0,00 EUR including tax. There is no excess for the coverage provided by the car hire company's CDW policy." Nevertheless they told that the deposit was 600 eur. The worst car I have ever rented. Scratches and damages all over the car. The back wiper was broken and the tires were flat. Thanks but never again.

The best car rental there is. Everything was very friendly and accommodating. Sent photos via WhatsApp so that we dont drive wrong at the airport. We had rented a Fiat 500 convertible, but there was only a normal one at the airport. Sooo friendly, the cars were exchanged at the hotel within 2 hours. Super!! Again and again.

By far the best car rental company I have ever seen. Very friendly handling, no waiting times, no deposit, fully comprehensive insurance and all at low prices. No unpleasant attempts to sell extra insurance. In addition, you always have a nice contact person. The pickup took place directly at the arrivals hall at the airport. Highly Recommended!

Family Rent a Car with cars with magnificent quality/price, the best on the Costa del Sol. We have rented a car for the entire Easter week and the experience could not have been better. We had a good time, I rented a Toyota Aygo through Rayanair at a super price (250 for 10 days). The car had around 70,000 km and was in very good condition (apart from scratches). Delivery and return of the car without problems at Malaga airport.

COWBOYS BEWARE. July21 ... Reasonable price for family van hire which i returned in perfect condition and had checked by staff member. When I was in the airport they phoned me and said they had found some damage and were now going to deduct 600. I told them this was a lie and to send me pictures to prove it but they did not. They have since tried to use my credit card details on ten different occasions in the last 18 months. Which I have had to keep freezing and finally this Xmas changed to a new card.

I am ex airline employee who travels a lot and we were pleasantly surprised but the excellent level of service from Autos Aguirre in Malaga. We got a text to confirm booking night and where to meet. The young man met us at exit with clear sign with our name and we literally walked to short term car park to car waiting. Everything (paperwork) was done in 5 minutes and off we went. Spoke perfect English and explained return procedure well. I felt this was like a premium product! So overall I have to give them 5* and recommend them when in Spain. Well done Autos Aguirre.

Our holidays ruined thanks to the very low standard of the 1st car, the abusive staff, and the not-fit-for-purpose unsafe replacement vehicle, not to mention 600 deposit for a glass that is worth 100, etc. Fortunately, the agency we booked through was able to cut our contract short and book us with a different provider. We will never hire with this company again and would definitely not recommend them.
