TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVOID ALAMO AT MALAGA AIRPORT I had an absolutely awful experience with Alamo at Malaga Airport. From the moment I picked up the car, the service was shockingly poor. They gave me an electric vehicle with the WRONG charging cable, making it impossible to charge the car! This mistake disrupted my entire trip. I had to waste an entire day traveling to another city just to exchange the car. The inconvenience and stress this caused were beyond words. What's worse? I've been trying to contact them for weeks, and they haven't even bothered to reply to my emails! It's unbelievable that a company of this size treats its customers with such disregard. If you're considering renting a car from Alamo Malaga Airport, think twice. The customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don't care about fixing their mistakes.

Very professional service! We had a problem with the car when we booked, Alamo found solutions very quickly. All the staff were very friendly with us, the two vehicles reserved were powerful enough to transport us on our various trips in the mountains. A shuttle is available from the airport to the Alamo. Many thanks to the whole team for their kindness.

Book car- says they close at 12. Email customer service say they close at 12 and will stay open 30 minutes after. I'm Happy. Company emails morning of hire to say they close at 11 and that I can collect the next day at 8am. Seems to be the same level of service most have gotten through this company.

Alamo at Malaga Airport provided the worst car rental experience we've ever had. We waited 30 minutes for the shuttle bus, only to arrive and wait another 30 minutes for service. Our young child was crying from hunger, yet when we asked how much longer it would take, the Deputy Manager, Pedro, coldly told us to "wait" with no explanation. His lack of empathy was shocking. When we asked for his name to report this, he refused and even denied us a car. Customer support was no help at all. This kind of rude and uncaring service, especially toward a family with a distressed child, is unforgivable.

Our experience with Alamo at Malaga Airport was a complete disaster. When I finally asked how much longer it would take, the Deputy Manager, Pedro, rudely told us to "wait" without any indication of how long it would be. Despite my child's distress, he showed no empathy and even refused to give his name when I asked to contact customer support. To make matters worse, he denied us a car. Customer support was utterly useless, unable to resolve the situation. This lack of empathy and rude behavior is unacceptable. We will never rent from Alamo again!

We rented a medium size automatic car for 6 days and absolutely loved it. We rent cars a lot and this one was in perfect condition and drove so smoothly. Pepe checked us in and was so nice and helpful. Marco checked us out and was so nice as well! We were very happy with everything and will definitely use Alamo again if we come to Malaga. Yes, it's not directly at the airport but the shuttle is easy and comes frequently.

Thanks to Tomas, we started our trip off on the right foot. Equally impressive was Ivan who handled our car return on the last day. The whole process was quick and painless. Both Tomas and Ivan were friendly, professional, and made the rental experience a pleasure. The car itself was amazing! It was clean, reliable, and perfect for our adventures around Malaga. Alamo offered a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Overall, I cannot recommend Alamo Malaga Airport enough. From the excellent customer service provided by Tomas and Ivan to the fantastic car, everything was top-notch! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again and give them a well-deserved 5 out of 5 star rating!
