Muy mala experiencia. Nos dieron una furgoneta 1hora tarde y estaba mal. Nada mas cogerla se encendio una alerta. Llamamos a la empresa y nos dicen que paremos en una gasolinera y llenemos ad blue. El ad blue estaba lleno y la furgoneta no volvio a arrancar, vino el servicio tecnico y se llevo la furgoneta. A nosotros nos dijeron que nos llevarian otra furgoneta a la gasolinera, pero alli tirados y despues de 2 horas se contradicen y nos dicen que tenemos que volver a enterprise por nuestros medios y que alli nos daran otra furgoneta cuando la tengan disponible. En definitiva un desastre, perdimos toda la manana que habiamos pedido libre en el trabajo para hacer la mudanza y nos llevamos un buen enfado y mucho estres.
Very bad experience. They gave us a van 1 hour late and it was bad. As soon as I picked it up, an alert went off. We call the company and they tell us to stop at a gas station and fill up with ad blue. The ad blue was full and the van did not start again, the technical service came and took the van away. They told us that they would take us another van to the gas station, but we were stuck there and after 2 hours they contradicted themselves and told us that we have to return to enterprise on our own and that they will give us another van there when they have it available. In short, a disaster, we lost the entire morning that we had taken off from work to make the move and we were very angry and stressed.
Hace 1 mes alquile una furgoneta y todo salio de 10. El problema llega 2 semanas despues, cuando me llega un cargo -no autorizado- desde el mismo establecimiento por valor de 70EUR. Me comentan por telefono que no es la primera vez que ocurre. Han pasado 3 semanas, no me han hecho el reembolso ni respondido a los whatsapps. Como no se solucione pronto vere si reclamarlo ante la OCU.
1 month ago I rented a van and everything was 10. The problem came 2 weeks later, when I received an unauthorized charge from the same establishment for a value of EUR70. They tell me on the phone that this is not the first time this has happened. It's been 3 weeks, they haven't given me a refund or responded to my WhatsApp messages. If it is not resolved soon, I will see if I can file a complaint with the OCU.

EXCELENTE, destaco con honores la atencion que recibi por parte de Nizar, va mas alla del deber, he alquilado muchas veces en diferentes empresas de coches, muchos coches a lo largo de los anos, y la mejor atencion que he recibido de todos los alquileres, ha sido la de Nizar, este chico que lo asciendan a lo mas alto por favor, luego por supuesto la categoria de Enterprise con sus buenos coches, bastante nuevos es de notar, los recomiendo al 100%.
