No ha ido muy bien...cuando fui, no me dejaban irme sin soltarme el rollo de la App de Voltio y me OBLIGARON a descargarmela, cuando yo no la queria. Casi por educacion, accedi, pero aunque todo se dilataba y yo les deje claro que tenia mucha prisa, fueron demasiado estresantes y presionando en exceso. Minima flexibilidad para la devolucion del vehiculo. Y luego encima, me dicen que me han puesto una multa y simplemente por dar mis datos al Ayuntamiento de Madrid me cobran 40EUR...cuando NO HABIA SIDO YO EL INFRACTOR. Intente hablar con ellos y una falta de humanidad y sensibilidad enorme, ademas que hablar con ellos por telefono es una odisea (me rio de Homero...). Finalmente, tras mis alegaciones, el Ayuntamiento anula la multa (estaba mal puesta la fecha...en fin...) y tras mucho perseguir a Centauro consigo hablar con ellos, y ahora a esperar mas de 1 semana a que tengan a bien leer mi email adjuntando la notificacion del Ayuntamiento anulando la denuncia... No esperaron tanto a cobrarme los 40EUR en su dia...fui con ellos porque la Mutua Madrilena fue el coche de sustitucion que me aplicaron, pero no le hace ningun bien a Mutua aliarse con este tipo de empresas...

And then on top of that, they tell me that they have fined me and simply for giving my information to the Madrid City Council they charge me EUR40...when I HAD NOT BEEN THE OFFENDER. I tried to talk to them and there was a huge lack of humanity and sensitivity, plus talking to them on the phone is an odyssey (I laugh at Homer...). Finally, after my allegations, the City Council annuls the fine (the date was wrong... anyway...) and after a lot of chasing Centauro I manage to talk to them, and now I have to wait more than 1 week for them to agree read my email attaching the notification from the City Council canceling the complaint... They didn't wait that long to charge me the EUR40 at the time... I went with them because the Mutua Madrilena was the replacement car they applied to me, but it doesn't do it any good Mutua to ally itself with this type of companies...
De verguenza, me cobran 75 euros SIN llamarme para notificarlo ( algo ilegal) y darme ok. Por limpiar un maletero que, literalmente me dijeron en la oficina " hemos tardado 10 minutos en limpiarlo" Si al verificar el coche me lo comunican, lo limpio yo sin ningun problema. Espero que ahora no me digan que me ponga en contacto en tal direccion, porque lo he hecho en 6 ocasiones y no tengo respuesta.
Out of shame, they charge me 75 euros WITHOUT calling me to notify it (something illegal) and giving me ok. For cleaning a trunk that they literally told me in the office "it took us 10 minutes to clean it" If they tell me when checking the car, I will clean it without any problem. I hope that now they don't tell me to contact that address, because I have done it 6 times and I have no response.
Hemos alquilado un Tucson durante una semana para nuestras vacaciones, y la experiencia ha sido fabulosa. La recogida del vehiculo muy rapida, y la entrega tambien. El coche impecable en cuanto a limpieza y el personal de la sucursal muy amable. Gracias por todo, !repetiremos sin duda!
We rented a Tucson for a week for our vacation, and the experience was fabulous. Very fast vehicle pickup, and delivery too. The car was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the branch staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything, we will definitely repeat!
A ver como explico esto. Alquilo una furgoneta, el dia que la tengo que devolver, me llaman a la hora de la devolucion y les digo que quiero ampliar el alquiler y un tal "Alex" me dice que no se puede. Que devolvamos la furgoneta antes de las siete y asi no se nos cobra otro dia mas. Y cual ha sido la sorpresa que a llegar a devolver la furgoneta, nos ha cobrado un dia mas y en ese momento nos dice que el nos ha avisado de que nos iba a cobrar un dia mas, lo cual no ha pasado, puesto que de ser asi, la habriamos devuelto al dia siguiente por la manana para aprovechar las 24h mas de alquiler. Al decirle esto, argumenta que habra sido un error mio que igual no nos lo ha dicho y no se ha explicado bien. Obviamente la consecuencia final es que nosotros devolvemos la furgoneta cuando el nos dice y nos cobra por 5 horas un dia entero a pesar de habernos dicho que no lo iba a hacer. Moraleja, si quieres que te enganen alquila un coche aqui. Ese es el recargo.

Me dieron un coche a traves de la mutua, la verdad que estoy mas que contento con el servicio, el coche cumplio mis expectativas de sobra, la atencion inmejorable, la chica muy amable y resolutiva.

I was picked up within 5 minutes of arriving at the meeting point in Sevilla airport. I got attended in the office straight away and I was given a choice of car. Doing the contract took 5 minutes and I was out the door very fast. Bringing the car back was easy, the receptionist checked the car over and all ok. I have a dog and was warned if there were dog hairs, I would be charged a cleaning fee. I stopped and vacuumed the hair and no problem!
