A month ago I started the renting process for a Cupra Leon...I was assisted by Arturo and from the first moment he was friendly and easy in contracting the renting...even hiring from Valladolid it was all easy.. thank you for everything Arturo.

Small Renting company. Once the contract is signed they completely forget about you. They do not inform you at any time about how the Renting process is going and since they are intermediaries for other larger companies such as leaseplan, they do not take them into account. I recommend contracting directly with the multinational. In my case, after almost a year of waiting, I had to negotiate directly with the supplier to cancel the order. I dont recommend them. Personally, I have no complaints, friendly treatment.

Disastrous experience. Very disappointed with all the management, which took a very long time indeed. We waited almost a year for our rental car and finally we had to give up the contract. From that moment on they did not understand and we have had to manage the process ourselves with the company whose advisors did not understand why it was not my intermediary who provided us with all the information. After several months without a car and notifying us on several occasions and well in advance that I needed it for a specific date and for this reason requesting an alternative, the only thing they offered us was a vehicle that was quite destroyed inside and out, visibly used for loading and transport. of goods, in which the gears did not fit well and caused me pain in one shoulder that persisted for some time. They dont keep you up to date with the news, they only called me back if I contacted them. I was telling them what I was getting through the leasing emails and asking them to please confirm it, but without much success. In short, nothing recommendable even taking into account that we were caught by the chip manufacturing crisis. It was too long without attention and without offering us alternatives. It wasnt the first time I had rented a car, but it was the worst.

When you go to a site like this it is to stop worrying about everything related to renting and not having to read contracts or fine print, but nothing could be further from the truth. Arturo blatantly deceived me by telling me that if I signed in October I would have the car in December (I have the conversations saved), in fact he took a lot of trouble to get me to sign the contract with WhatsApps and calls telling me that we were missing the deadline. He guaranteed me that I would have a pre-delivery car during the two-month wait, so I signed the contract. And then the problems came, two days later I discovered that there were no pre-delivery cars and that the delivery date had been changed to February. In clause 1 of the contract there is a penalty of 500 if you want to cancel the contract, in this case for failure to meet the delivery deadline, and it turns out that they can take as many years of delay as they want, which you have to pay to leave. But they dont inform you of that here. I call very angry and they have no choice but to leave me their van at a rate of 100 more than my rent ( 387/month), 6 years old and without comprehensive insurance... The months go by and from February the delivery goes to April, now they tell you that it is not their fault, but rather the microchips and a thousand other stories. They are only leaseplango intermediaries. They only go for the commissions. From April they pass us to June... Arriving in June and seeing that they repeated that date, I started calling leaseplango every day until I got to speak with the sales manager, because at the end of June I picked up the van without this company even having knowledge of the delivery date, so that they get an idea of what their clients care about once they sign. Now we are going with his rental van, from 2016 with more than 70,000 km and without comprehensive insurance, it was scratched in some areas, worn interior, etc., typical of a work van. They left me hanging a couple of times because of the battery and they didnt even pick up the phones. Arturo got out of the way and I had to locate his boss, who was the one with whom I had the last contacts. The rearview mirror also broke, and it broke due to wear and tear because I have cameras in the garage and no one touched it, it broke when I opened it. I told them and they told me that nothing was wrong, that I could walk around with tape holding it ready. When I returned it, he gave me the delivery certificate and told me that he couldnt give me a copy because he didnt have a scanner or printer, and that he sent it to me by email. I had to ask for it because after two days it wasnt delivered to me. And of course... a week later I received an email in which they kept my deposit of 150, they wanted to charge me for the scratches on the paint, a dent that I already had on the rear apron and the mirror. All of this was assessed a week after you delivered it and signed the delivery document where nothing of the sort was recorded. They are not trustworthy. And the last thing is that they have not included a replacement car in the rental contract, the rental being a company van. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. Buy more comments, otherwise thats why it would be 1 star.
