Autos Valls dispone de una oficina de alquiler de vehiculos en la Plaza de Espana, en pleno centro neuralgico de Mahon, capital de Menorca. Si accede al centro de la ciudad desde el Puerto de Mahon por la la Costa de ses Voltes sera practicamente el primer edificio con el que se encuentre, justo frente a 2 mercados de obligada visita: el Mercat des Peix (Mercado del Pez), edificio construido sobre un antiguo baluarte del siglo XVIII y que actualmente combina puestos de pescado tradicionales con variadas ofertas de gastronomia local, musica en directo y el Mercat des Claustre del Carme donde podra comprar productos tipicos de la isla, verduras, frutas, flores, carne y todo tipo de recuerdos.

I rented a Scooter for 3 days at Valls Mahon Plaza de Espana. It was a perfect experience. The woman who welcomed me was pleasant, professional and helpful. The scooter (Honda SH 125cm3) was in perfect state, excellent working condition, sturdy and well suited to visit the entire island . Prices are competitive and affordable to tourists hungry for discovering this beautiful island of Menorca. I recommend Valls rent a car Mahon.

Perfect experience- clean, totally flawless car, super helpful staff. They picked us up from the airport and allowed us to leave the car somewhat near their offices at dropoff. It's also one of the cheaper rental places. 11/10 would recommend

Do not use this company. They are thieves. I am English, l live in Menorca and beg all English (and all other nationals....!!!)people visiting Menorca to use any hire firm but these robbers. I see they make it impossible to give them a no star rating. If l could l would. Avoid this firm. Congratulations to Auto Valls for ripping my family off for 100EUR. I hope you are the person who decides not to hire a vehicle from these people. Wise decision!!!

They gave me a different car than the one I had booked....and I didnt complain...but at the end of the holiday they charged me 50 euros for extra cleaning costs for sand in the car....on a island full of beaches...50 euros for having to dust off a bit of sand really seems like profiteering to me. Special mention for the little man who, at the time of the transfer of the vehicle, decided that we had to be punished....evidently a frustrated person who wanted to let off steam like this. We decided to rent with this Menorcan company and without a doubt we will repeat. We returned the car two days ago and everything was great, no surprises, very good prices compared to others and the car was new. We stayed in the center of Mahon and saw that there was an Autos Valls office nearby. Lourdes helped us, super friendly, quick and easy management, she gave us a map of the island and recommended incredible places. We will 100% return.

Un conseil, fuyez cette agence. Nous n avons jamais recu de reponse a notre mail. La societe nous prend la caution pour ne pas avoir remis d essence, alors que nous avons remis l essence au meme niveau que lorsque nous avons recupere la voiture, c est a dire a moitie. Ils ont joue sur le fait d etre touriste et jeune ! Nous ne recommandons pas

Very bad. Received car with almost empty tank. Valls charged us 45 because we apparently returned the car late at 10:33 a.m. That wasnt possible at all because our flight took off at 9 a.m. Neither Valls nor Doyouspain responded to several emails. Very disappointed. 6 weeks later we got our money back on site on our next holiday there.

Great experience! Im usually very skeptical about car rental companies. Coincidentally, I came across Valls Rent a Car while we were exploring the city. Whether we could rent a car immediately, no problem, within 20 minutes after some administrative work we drove away in a Fiat 500. The car was very nice and well maintained. When we returned the car the next morning, we expected it to take a long time, but the lady in question took the key, parked the car for us and we were able to leave within a few seconds. We took care of the car properly and within 30 minutes I had my deposit back. Both ladies were neat, nice and worked efficiently. Definitely recommended!

Super ervaring! Meestal ben ik heel sceptisch over auto verhuurbedrijven. Toevallig tegen valls rent a car aangelopen toen wij de stad aan het verkennen waren. Of we per direct een auto konden huren, geen probleem binnen 20minuten na wat administratief werk reden wij in een fiat500 weg. De auto was erg fijn en goed onderhouden. De volgende ochtend bij de auto inleveren verwacht dat dit ook lang zou duren maar de dame is kwestie nam de sleutel aan parkeerde de auto voor ons en wij konden binnen enkele seconde weg. Wij hebben de auto netjes afgetaked en binnen 30 minuten had ik mijn borg terug. Beide dames waren netjes, aardig en werkte efficient. Zeker aan te raden!

Very poor management of the company. They gave us a motorcycle without signing a contract or anything, then they demanded that we return it to the place where they had delivered it despite it being a failure of the company, finally we had to call several times to get our deposit back. I dont recommend it.
