Thanks so much for surprise upgrade of my car to a luxurious automatic SUV, this provided great comfort for enjoying the island. The bus transfer was prompt and comfortable. The man at the pick-up desk (sorry I didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth as was the return.

if you want to wait 2 hours to collect your car, have to pay an extra 100EUR at the front desk because they don't take deposits with a debit card (NOT mentioned anywhere before arrival) and deal with really rude employees this is the place for you! we were lucky enough to have a really really nice lady helping us with our rental but it's quite ridiculous to have 2 people working a saturday evening when there's at least 20 groups waiting to collect their cars. 2 hours of our holiday wasted sitting outside waiting for our number to pop up ... incredibly disappointing! not a rental company i recommend

Other than the slightly chaotic pick up (driver didn't assist in loading the mini bus so it was a free for all) the hire was superb, The vehicle quality was spotless and almost new (Peugeot Rifter) couldn't have been happier - drop off was straight forward and took only a couple of minutes - will use again.

CON!!!!!! Same as what all the other people have said. My husband obviously didn't read the reviews and we fell into the trap when we arrived. They advertise low prices online, but upon arrival, we were given two options: either pay a PS100 deposit with a credit card--entailing meticulous and time wasting inspections of the car before and after rental--or pay an additional PS37 per day for *full* insurance which is clearly excessive and disproportionate to the rental cost. This pushing is extremely manipulative. I would not recommend their services at all. They hostile. Honestly worst experience. We've now lumped a massive bill we weren't expecting to pay!!! Advertised was PS37 for 5 days. Now it's an extra PS37 PER DAY. And we stuck in the middle of nowhere and can't walk away.

Our rental went very well. The people at the office were friendly and we got a better car than the one we reserved. It was new, less than 4k kilometers, and very modern. Be aware of taking the insurance in their page and not on outside providers since you have to take their insurance or pay a EUR1000 reserve fee (this is normal in other rentals too). Be sure to give the car back at the time you stated and return the tank full to get your EUR100 back from gas reserve. Good experience overall.

My wife and I have had varied experiences with car rentals. However, we were quite pleased with OK Mobility in Menorca. The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth, and we got exactly the car we paid for, which was ideal for our family. The staff were friendly and efficient.

I understand there are procedures that need to be followed but the wait for a vehicle at ok mobility was extremely long. During the highest season of the year. I also didn't know about Fast Track so you get serviced faster if you pay an extra 40 Euros. Seating area: 8 chairs, people standing everywhere, outside, babies crying, people complaining. Service agent Angel I guess could be rated as ok. Not too friendly but respectful. To top the experience the car wasn't even clean.. check picture of dirty vehicle below. If you can go somewhere else do!!!!!!!

Avoid.... Waiting lines at least an hour. A staff of two to service 20 people in line. This is not a car rental agency it is pure pain! Waiting room does not fit the people... and the cars are below average. Walk away is my advice.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They scammed us. We booked 2 months ago for Menorca and when we arrived no one came to look for us. We called and they said that a supposed bus was coming to pick us up, it never happened. I ended up paying for a taxi to go to the business and it was completely closed. I called more than 10 times where they told me that I had to continue waiting for the bus (or they cut my call) until the last operator informed me that that branch was closed more than 20 days ago and that my reservation had been canceled (which was already pay and that 48 hours before they sent me a confirmation message). After reading the negative reviews about OK Mobility I was a little apprehensive!! When I went to Menorca to pick up my vehicle, I thought I was going to incur more expenses that I didnt know about. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was easily shown where the vans were that would take us to OK MOBILITY, which is about 3 km away. from the airport super easy modern Mercedes-Benz minibus vans 5 or 6 minutes later we arrived at our destination!! Where there are several counters with a password system on the road to the place, luckily I was the first to be served, by a friendly guy named Gerardo, who took my voucher and immediately started processing the documentation to provide me with the vehicle, he tried that I bought full insurance to avoid blocking 1350 on my credit card as a minimum excess, which is the normal procedure for all expensive and low-cost rentacars. I declined this insurance, instructing him that the standard insurance was sufficient, he even tried to sell insurance that covered breakdowns and towing, which I also refused, as the vehicle was practically new. Eu declinei esse seguro dando lhe instrucoes que o seguro standard era suficiente, ainda tentou vender um seguro qie cobria avarias e reboque que tambem recusei, visto que o veiculo era praticamente novo. Apos este procedimento ele enviou para meu email toda a documentacao do veiculo mais os danos no meu caso era 0 marcados obviamente com a experiencia que tenho em alugar veiculos disse ao Gerardo, que iria fazer um video total a volta do veiculo no ponto de recolha!! e se existir danos voltaria ao escritorio para ele os anotar no relatorio de entrega e assim nao os cobrar no final, como sendo feitos por mim!! assim o fiz. Ao chegar ao veiculo vi logo no capo resina de Pinheiro seca encrostada, tirei foto e vi um pequeno arranhao no Alaron da porta traseira, voltei e mostrei as fotos ao Gerardo ele disse me que a resina nao e considerado dano e e comum na ilha e o risco tinha menos de 3 cm tambem nao e imputavel de dano, mas que guardasse o video e as fotos para futura utilizacao se necessario. No final aluguei um suv Arona tinha 8000 km paguei 65 euros por 10 dias quando o devolvi veiculo ao funcionario de servico as recolhas percebi que o Geraldo estava de servico na entrega de veiculos lembrou se logo de mim e disse me que estava tudo bem deposito cheio sem danos assinei o termino do contrato de aluguer e apanhei o mini bus para o aeroporto. As queixas que aqui leio tem totalmente a ver com a falta de conhecimento dos clientes sobre os procedimentos das renta car, que sao os seguintes o veiculo so custara o preco pago na origem se a pessoa que o alugar for o condutor e tiver um cartao de credito com plafom suficientes para retencao da franquia, se nao tiver e obrigatorio fazer um seguro extra! que liberta a necessidade da franquia , portanto ninguem vai vos obrigar a pagar nada extra mas as rentacar nao libertam os veiculos sem estar assegurados devidamente. reservar bem para nao ter surpresas , eles tambem ficam com mais 150 euros de caucao de combustivel que tambem e devolvido, aconselho sempre a optar por cheio por cheio pois assim tambem nao vos cobram taxa de ir a bomba de gasolina em suma podem recusar todos os seguros extra, desde que exista plafom no cartao de credito do condutor para ficar retido, no meu caso 1350 mais 150 gasolina 1500 no total compreendo que muitos nao temham esse dinheiro no cartao , mas sem essa gararia ekes nao podem libertar os veiculos!! Depois sera libertado ao fim de 2 semanas porque eles teem de esperar se existe infraccoes de transito a descontar em suma antes de fazer criticas infundadas perceber como se processa um aluguer de veiculos em rentacar o meu custou 65 por 10 dias so! e mais 55 de gasolina obrigado ok Mobility

Terrible service. They gave us the car with a half empty tank. They told us to take a photograph of the deposit and that when it was time to deliver it they would return the difference to us. This was in July and they still havent refunded us anything. When we call, they delay us, saying that in a week we will receive the refund... and since July we still have not received it after calling more than 15 times and sending many emails. On top of that, the mistake is yours for giving us a car without a completely full tank. We go to Menorca every year and we will never take the car with them again.

Esto fue en julio y todavia no nos han devuelto nada. Cuando llamamos nos dan largas, que en una semana recibiremos la devolucion.. y desde julio aun no lo hemos recibido tras llamar mas de 15 veces y mandar muchos mails. I gave one star because of the customer service (we had the same receptionist when picking up and returning the car) They should hire someone who at least says good morning and good night with a smile and looking you in the eyes and who also explains everything they have to explain without making it obvious that they hate doing what they do... Ojo! Porque No aceptan tarjeta de debito para fianza tampoco. No hay un sitio donde sentarse a esperar osea que toda la familia esperando en la calle con ninos pequenos... Por el coche, bien. Un Seat Arona en muy buenas condiciones. Pero solo por la atencion no repetiria ni lo recomiendo. Tal y como dicen la mayoria de resenas.

Aunque incluimos seguro de franquicia no lo hemos tenido que utilizar. El bloqueo en la tarjeta de credito se ha liberado enseguida una vez han verificado que no habia danos. Totalmente recomendable. Cabe decir que era noviembre y que no habia casi usuarios. Nos han comentado que van a ampliar las oficinas para tener mas puestos de atencion, por lo que en epocas de mucha afluencia mejorara.

Very good rental car. The frequency of the mini bus passing by the collection could improve.
