Nunca habiamos alquilado un coche en nuestras vacaciones, fue nuestra primera experiencia y puedo decir que fue inmejorable, nos han dado un coche pequeno y manejable que nos ha llevado a conocer sitios maravillosos en Menorca, un fiel companero de viaje, el personal muy atento ,en especial Juan, siempre estaban disponibles para cualquier duda y eran muy agradables. A la salida del aeropuerto ya nos estaban esperando y todo fue muy correcto, sin tardanzas ni esperas. Al irnos de la isla ha sido lo que mas pena nos ha dado dejar. Repetiremos experiencia!!
We had never rented a car on our vacation, it was our first experience and I can say that it was unbeatable, they gave us a small and manageable car that took us to see wonderful places in Menorca, a faithful travel companion, very attentive staff, especially Juan, they were always available for any questions and were very pleasant. At the exit from the airport they were already waiting for us and everything was very correct, without delays or waits. When we left the island, it was the saddest thing for us to leave. We will repeat experience!!
Contrate el alquiler de coche con esta empresa por las buenas resenas que tenia. Lamentablemente, no las comparto. La semana antes del alquiler, me mandaron un documento a cumplimentar con mis datos para, en teoria, facilitar el proceso de entrega del coche y dar informacion del vuelo por si se retrasaba o adelantaba. Cumplimente los datos requeridos. El dia de la reserva, el vuelo se adelanto 20 minutos, y cuando llegamos esperamos a la hora de la reserva; seguiamos sin tener noticias, y tras llamar a la empresa se me comunica que estaban entregando otro coche y tendriamos que esperar. Tras mas de 15 minutos de la hora de la reserva, y casi 40 de la hora de llegada, aparece una chica, que nos lleva a un coche antiguo, sucio, y con bastantes defectos de chapa, a los que despues se uniria un embrague que no funcionaba bien. Nos vuelve a pedir DNI y carnet de conducir (recuerdo que estos datos ya habia tenido que ponerlos yo en mi casa tras la reserva), y tras otros 10 minutos esperando a que rellenara papeles y sacara fotos a mis documentos de identidad, me dice que la tarifa del parking de todo este tiempo tengo que pagarla yo para poder sacarlo. Que pese a ser poco importe, es por un tiempo perdido por mi parte que no deberia haber existido, entiendo, tras haber tenido que perder el tiempo en mi casa adelantando mis datos, los de mi vuelo, y documentacion. Anado fotos del coche para comprobar el estado.
I hired a car rental with this company because of the good reviews it had. Unfortunately, I don't share them. The week before the rental, they sent me a document to fill out with my information to, in theory, facilitate the car delivery process and provide flight information in case it was delayed or brought forward. I completed the required information. On the day of the reservation, the flight was 20 minutes early, and when we arrived we waited for the reservation time; We still had no news, and after calling the company they told me that they were delivering another car and we would have to wait. After more than 15 minutes of the reservation time, and almost 40 of the arrival time, a girl appears, who takes us to an old, dirty car, with many metal defects, to which a clutch would later be attached. that didn't work well. He asks us again for our ID and driving license (I remember that I had already had to enter these details at home after booking), and after another 10 minutes waiting for him to fill out paperwork and take photos of my identity documents, he tells me that I have to pay the parking fee for all this time to be able to get it out. Although it matters little, it is due to time wasted on my part that should not have existed, I understand, after having had to waste time at home updating my details, my flight information, and documentation. I add photos of the car to check the condition.

Low Cost High Quality Service This year I decided to go away from global rental car companies and tried to help small medium company which operate locally in Menorca......something especially important in summer 2020 which will be remember by everyone. The whole experience confirm that I was right, since the beginning very quick turnaround with no hidden tariffs/extra cost and full coverage insurance just for 20 EUR. I did call them to make some changes during my stay at Menorca and they found for me a quick solution and really hit all my expectations of quality service since my arrival. I guess people will find quite easy to locate them by low cost search however I hope that you realise that they do care about people and try to make your life easy. I will definitely contact them next time.
Great service: they even brought the car earlier ( we requested it to be brought to Ciutadella port) than the initial booking, as we had a schedule change. Couldn't recommend enough!
