We hired a 7+ seater directly from our hotel. Hassle free, we needed to pay fuel deposit of around EUR170 upfront + cost of hire ( we got a discount on that). Collection and drop off at the hotel so very convenient. Clean and reliable vehicle. Fuel deposit was returned to us on the day of the drop off. Card payment only. I would recommend the service.

Have just returned from Minorca after hiring our car through Hiper rent a car and everything was very good, prompt airport transfer to there her car premises 10 minutes drive from airport, car all ready as we had previously hired with them in Majorca and found you need to put in all your details online with them which quickens your arrival process so did the same in Minorca. The car on visual inspection did have several scrapes and marks but they assured us that was no problem but as security we took pictures of all damage. Car ran perfectly and on our return it was a quick straightforward process with no fuss which is relaxing, the car hire states that you collect car full and leave a full tank of fuel on the return which must be done close to hire company and as they had said there were two 24hr fuel stations nearby, card only though but straightforward. My wife and l will definitely use this company again, they are straightforward, do not try to push extras your way and very efficient, thank you Hiper rent a car, Chris and Pat H

Car was extremely clean, pretty much brand new and the size I ordered with the baby seats available inside. Extra insurance is reasonably priced. Rental is only around 5 minutes in a shuttle bus from the airport, very easily accessible with their shuttle buses. Very happy with the cars and drive and efficiency of booking. I have used Hiper in both Mallorca and Menorca airports and only negative comment is that the collect and go machine didn't work in both locations. The machine could not scan my QR code in both locations when both I and staff tried to use it and so keys had to be handed over manually. Not an issue though as staff are helpful and friendly. Will be using and recommending Hiper again.

Very customer-oriented service with nice, uncomplicated staff that offers small unnecessary services. The Seat Leon was new and well maintained, had a reasonable engine and reasonable extras (App Connect would have been the icing on the cake). I can only summarize that I received top performance at a very good price. And the shuttle to and from the airport was super timely and took about 5 minutes. Thank you!

Nothing to complain about this rental. The car was like new and perfect in terms of volume and engine (clio). Remember to keep a close eye out for the various rental shuttles arriving in the parking lot. We almost missed ours. Shuttle on arrival and return. That goes pretty fast. Efficient staff at pick-up and drop-off. Zero waiting. Very fast. No bad surprises. No additional cost. I highly recommend!

1 week rental in October for 123 (with basic insurance + 30 for return outside opening hours. Shuttle on time to the airport meeting point and 20 minutes later we left with a beautiful Clio 5 (12,000km). Deposit of 88 made with a debit card, no problem. For the return before office opening hours, we left the car in the airport parking lot (P2) with the parking ticket + the keys. No check of the condition of the vehicle before or after so dont hesitate to take before and after photos just in case.

Very professional agency in customer relations. We were called to the airport to pick us up when we arrived (we were the only customers at that time, end of September 2024). The vehicle, automatic transmission, was in perfect condition and very well maintained. Welcome at the agency, perfect, at the entrance and at the exit. This was my second time at Hiper, but I always booked Sunny Cars through Germany. The contract always contained a clause that excluded various types of damage. This time I got a Renault Clio, which was in rather bad condition, I found out how bad in the next few days, the car must not have been checked when it was returned, no water in the wiper system, tires completely at the end and on the left Visible damage to front tire and bumper. I took over the car because I was under a bit of time pressure, which was definitely a mistake because over the course of the week I not only had to top up the air in all the tires, but basically pump them up. Then, while driving home at night on the expressway, I had a big guardian angel, because just before a roundabout the left front tire suddenly disgraced and I was standing on the rim with a shower of sparks. If this had happened before in the curves at 90 km/h... It was 10:30 p.m. and no one was available. Dieses Mal bekam ich einen Renault Clio, welcher in einem eher schlechten Zustand war, wie schlecht, musste ich in den nachsten Tagen erfahren, der Wagen durfte bei Ruckgabe nicht uberpruft worden sein, kein Wasser in der Wischanlage, Reifen komplett am Ende und am linken Vorderreifen und Stossstange ein sichtbarer Schaden. Ich ubernahm das Auto, da ich etwas unter Zeitdruck stand, was definitiv ein Fehler war, denn im Laufe der Woche musste ich die Luft in allen Reifen nicht nur nachfullen, sondern diese quasi aufpumpen. Dann, bei einer nachtlichen Heimfahrt uber die Schnellstrasse hatte ich eine grossen Schutzengel, denn kurz vor einem Kreisverkehr entehrte sich der linke Vorderreifen auf einem Schlag und ich stand auf Felge samt Funkenregen. Ware dies vorher in den Kurven bei 90 km/h passiert... Es war 22:30 und kein Mensch erreichbar. Ich stand im Dunkel auf einer Schnellstrasse usw, Der Austausch des Wagens erfolgte am nachsten Tag, dies funktioniert allerdings dann einwandfrei. Dennoch bin ich nicht sicher, ob ich Hiper in Mao nochmals buchen werde...
