Excellent customer service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! The process was straightforward and transparent, with no hidden fees. What you book on the website is exactly what you pay, no surprises. When we arrived at Menorca airport, we notified them via WhatsApp upon landing, and within five minutes, they were there to pick us up. We were then driven to their garage, just a five-minute drive from the airport, to collect the car (during the off-season, pick-ups are from the garage, while in peak season, you get the car directly at the airport). Upon returning the car, the excess fee was refunded immediately. Huge thanks to Juan and his team for making everything so seamless. We'll definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends visiting the island!

The in arrangements were excellent to collect us from the airport and the car was fine. We only used it one day but hired from Doral again for another day later in our holiday. The communications by WhatsApp were easy.

We rented a car for 14 days. The price was unbeatable. We were picked up at the airport and received a very friendly welcome from Anna. We then drove to the office together (approx. 2-3 min) and received the documents and paid the remaining amount). The handover was flawless and trustworthy. As we had to get to the airport before opening hours, we were able to park the car there. We also received the deposit within a few days. So we can only recommend it.

We hired a high quality Benimar Tessoro 463 from Doral Autos, I can highly recommend Doral Autos as a local business the service was 5* as was the service received, we were collected from the airport late at night and taken the few minutes to the local premises to collect our motorhome it was immaculately clean both inside and out and supplied with everything required for our trip including full tank of diesel 'just return full', gas and full water tanks included as was chemical for toilet a table and 5 outdoor chairs etc. It was really good to have your accommodation with you wherever you decide to travel on the island, we didn't need to use a campsite and just travelled to different beaches and locations, the facilities at Ben Net in Ferreries where perfect you can empty the grey water tank, refill the two water tanks for just 1 to 2 euros ;) and empty the toilet here, you can need to do this as much as every day, depends on how much water you use and visits to the toilet etc. but is never too far away the island isn't too big to travel to Ben Net. Can only recommend this company and to hire one of there motorhomes, genuine and very helpful company. Thanks again Kevin
