The pricing was AMAZING for the rentals. But everyone renting from here need to know this!!!!!!!! They DO NOT tell you to take picture or videos of the outside or inside of the cars for any previous damages! Thank God we did take both pictures and video. Upon returning the vehicle to return person pointed out a dent to the vehicle which he wanted us to account for. I asked did they not already have this damage noted from the previous renter of the vehicle because it was damaged prior to our renting. They said no! They had no record of the damage and they would have to review weeks or months of video from their lot to try and determine where the damage occurred. I called him out on that BS and said they should have a policy in place for just that reason. If theres no policy for capturing the previous damage to a vehicle then the subsequent renter(s) can be held responsible and they can keep charging everyone for that same damaged vehicle. What a cool SCAM!!!!! PLEASE ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES or BETTER VIDEO OF THE INSIDW AND OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE! PS.. I showed my video of the damage on the vehicle prior to our driving of the lot and thats what saved us atleast $1300 for the dent in the door. RA

Car was great. 1 small dent (almost unnoticeable). I took full pictures on collection and return however there were no issues at all. They try to sell you the full insurance but aren't pushy about it. Didn't need it as already purchased the additional insurance from jet 2. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the wait to get to the car rental place and to get back to the airport. They didn't have enough mini buses running despite customers advising time of pick up and collection on their bookings.

I am so dissapointed in the way they clearly had intentions to scam us. When you arrive, you are given the option to pay for extra coverage, which you don't get back, or leave a 1000 for deposit. So we chose pay the second amount and be refunded once we returned the car. Of course we took videos and pictures of the entire outside and inside of the car. After a week of carefully caring for the car, we arrived back at the office to return it. They did the check up and confirmed everything was perfect, EXCEPT for a tiny scratch on the bottom of the car, which we were completely sure we had not done. I showed them the video I took and the lower part was visibly already scratched. They said we should have taken the video from the bottom too, and that we would be charged 420 for "damage"and here's the picture of the "damaged" part. Absolutely ridiculous I highly suggest you avoid renting from this type of companies, but if you do, be sure to get videos, even if the bottom because they will find a way to charge you!

We dealt with Wilson, who was great, really helpful from start to finish. The bus from the airport was there within 10 mins of us arriving, and took less time than that to get to the car hire venue. Within 5 minutes of being there we had our car, and we were on our way Car was great, and as advised by Wilson, we returned it full of fuel. The process was quick when we returned the car, and the deposit was returned as we were getting on the bus (that was already waiting for us) back to the Airport. All in all, a very good experience. Everything you can expect from a cheap rental car in August in a tourist place: - the rental place is not at the airport, it's in an industrial area nearby - we had to wait two rounds for the shuttle bus because it was busy - we had to wait at the desk because it was busy - they try to charge you extra for coverage, but thankfully they did not insist (be ready to deposit 1200EUR on your credit card) - they open at 7, but they say 8. if you arrive before 8 they will charge you 55EUR extra for early return - it's not possible to return the car outside of opening times. - keep in mind at least 1h extra to get your car, probably more when very crowded - the car was a beaten up 500x with tons of damage, 55k km, engine issues (struggling to go on hills) Except this, the service was nice and the return shuttle bus was quick. Considering the time loss and extra money we had to pay, next time I will probably just rent with the usual rentals at the airport and be happy to pay a bit more

Se would like to thank Oliver the person who received our car. Everything went smoothly and without stress, we have arrived almost in the end of the tolerance period. With a 1 year old baby, fully charged with suitcases, so a bit stressed. We have waited a long time for cleaning up the car, all the places were full of people. So beware of that when going to Menorca. We took 1h before the delivery to do it and it wasn't enough, in the beginning of July. I can't imagine in the middle of July or even August. Overall everything went well, take care of the car like it was yours, be careful when driving and especially when parking.

Great service, especially from Gonzalo C and the shuttle drivers! Lovely car (Cinquecento). Booked via Booking dot com which worked fine. By the sounds of other people's experience that or calling direct seemed to have been the best way.

We rented an Audi A1. The car was clean, and both pickup and return were quick. The staff was professional and welcoming. A shuttle bus to and from the airport was provided. Prices were excellent compared to other companies. Highly recommend.
