These guys are always my "go to" rental car provider when I'm visiting Menorca. Amazing experience with this lovely company!!!Lady which she meet us in airport was amazing and very friendly and quickly go through everything what we needed...5mins talk about car ...rest we talked about everything else, she gave us some tips and we were rady to go.... The best thing is that the car is full insured, so you dont need to wory about almost anything while exploring lovely menorca..and the best was that we can just drop the car in the airport parking and send them a photo or phone them to let them know the parking number...Thats all..no uncomfortable checkings lookings for marks just to get money of you...!!!!Amazing...i saw other companies searched cars as mad with couole of people for 1car ...i am glad i did my searches and choose Doncars!!!will be back and will be rentong from you ever-forever!!!!plus no deposit .no credit card needed....cash or card whatever....Best service ever!!!and we payed 230euro for 9days in end of september. no deposit.full insurance included!!!!!! Always use local companies when overseas, the price, service and communication is way beyond anything the big franchises could dream of providing. First time using Doncars and exceptional service. Met at airport terminal, less than 100 meters to the car that was spotlessly clean, full tank of petrol, paid, and on our way in 10 minutes. Brilliant company. Most straightforward car hire company we have ever used. Fully comprehensive cover so full reassurance of no hidden/extra charges- no card details given at any point, paid in cash. We were met at the airport by Asha who was super friendly and welcoming. Handing the car back at the airport at the end of our holiday was seamless. Great communication throughout. We chose Don Cars based on reviews and wanted to use a local Menorca company. We weren't disappointed. Communication with the company was very good when we booked. We were met at the airport by their representative. A child seat was fitted as requested prior to our arrival. The car was reliable during our holiday. Dropping the car off at the end of our holiday was easy. They contacted us when they collected the car to confirm that everything was in order. Great service.
