I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this service. I booked a car for 51 euros for 24 hours, and all I needed to do was replace the fuel. The wonderful staff at the Insotel Punta Prima hotel made the process seamless as I picked up the keys. The car, a Skoda Kamiq, was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed. It was incredibly fuel-efficient, allowing us to explore the stunning island of Menorca. We only spent 21 euros to refill the tank to its original level. Autos Menorca provided a first class service. Our two cars for our party of ten were easily booked by our rep who sorted everything for us. Even though we booked at the last minute, the cars were brought to our hotel quickly. The whole process was fast and efficient. The two cars were of very good quality and we used them all day to explore Menorca. Returning the cars was also easy; we simply dropped the keys at hotel reception. Top class service!

Great value for service. We made the reservation on the website. Informations were very clear throughout, easy to find the meeting point and the shuttle and employees at the office were very nice. We had a problem with our flight and we got in later than expected, we sent an email to clarify how to proceed which was promptly answered and everything went smoothly. Quick and simple process to both get and then return the car. The car was better than initially reserved and it was clean, comfortable and economical. Highly recommend.

Dreadful. Car covered in resin, sand in boot, petrol not full upon receipt. Customer service more interested in sorting their coffee order out. There is no coffee vending machine to enjoy a coffee as you wait eternally for an awful car. Do not use!

Booked through a 3rd party (doyouspain). Collected and returned in Cala'n Bosch. Received a better car than I ordered. Staff were very informative and helpful. As my insurance was through franchise I left credit card deposit which was reinstated within 5 minutes from return of the car. Definitely would use this company again.

Got our car rented in remote pickup/return option at airport terminal and must say that it worked perfectly! I received all info on registered email timely and had no issues or lack of info about the all process. Car was not Seat Ateca but similar sized P3008, so no problem with it at all. Cleanness and car condition was very good! Rating of the rental is well deserved! Thank You for making our holidays better!

Be careful with the gas tank. If they tell you that the needle does not go up more than 7/8 when full, it is a lie. They are scraping liter by liter from the many vehicles they have at the expense of each client. Otherwise, the service and the vehicle are correct. But we do not tolerate lies. Plus, they know that youre going to catch them when its time to fill the tank, so they dont care in the slightest about looking like scammers. We rent the second week of October. Attached is a photo of the tank marker when we filled it before returning it. It turns out that the fault is a lie.

Local rental agency. We speak little English and no Spanish but we managed to understand each other whether by telephone, at the counter or by email. We took the 2nd solution with insurance to avoid any problems. Price more than affordable. However, our plane was delayed and they still charged us 35 because it was after 10 p.m. when we arrived, even though it was beyond our control. Speedy recovery of the vehicle. Almost new vehicle (C3 automatic gearbox). With the formula without excess, no deposit blocked on the credit card. Just the deposit for gasoline is blocked on the credit card. But if you return the car with a full tank of gas, nothing is charged. By scam like other agency.. we are picked up in the airport parking lot. The transfer from the airport to the Owners Cars premises on the outward journey and from the Owners Cars premises to the airport on the return journey was very quick. 15 minute wait on the way out, 5 minutes on the way back. The price was very reasonable, for the vehicle I was given, which was significantly upgraded compared to the one I had reserved. That said, I had reserved a small vehicle to make it easier to park. From this point of view, it was a bit of a failure. But what I especially missed were the 10 minutes of presentation of the vehicle before departure. The vehicles electronic program was not the most intuitive and was positioned in Portuguese. For the sake of comfort, I would have liked someone to explain to me how to switch to French. I like to ride using cruise control. I would have liked someone to show me how it worked on this vehicle. It is true that we arrived in Mahon at night, but that does not justify the absence of an agent when contacting the vehicle, quite the contrary.

Voiture en excellent etat, controle du vehicule au retour extremement rapide. Donc globalement je suis tres satisfait. Le prix etait tres raisonnable, pour le vehicule que lon ma remis, qui etait largement surclasse par rapport a celui que javais reserve. Cela dit javais reserve un vehicule de petite taille pour avoir plus de facilite a me garer. De ce point de vue, cetait un peu rate. Mais ce qui ma surtout manque ce sont 10 mn de presentation du vehicule avant le depart. Le programme electronique du vehicule netait pas des plus intuitifs et il etait positionne en langue portugaise. Pour une question de confort jaurais bien aime quon mexplique comment passer au francais. Jaime rouler en utilisant le regulateur de vitesse. Jaurais bien aime que lon me montre comment il fonctionnait sur ce vehicule. Il est vrai que nous sommes arrives a Mahon de nuit, mais cela ne justifie pas pour autant labsence dun agent lors de la prise de contact du vehicule, tout au contraire.
