Mala experiencia la que hemos tenido en el dia de hoy. Habiamos acordado un precio con Alberto hace unas 2-3 semanas, el cual nos comento que no hacia falta dejar constancia ni por escrito ni nada y cuando contactamos con el en el dia de hoy para cerrar el alquiler nos comenta que ese no es el precio que el precio es otro mas alto...por ultimo nos acaba diciendo que se ha equivocado el de fecha y que por error nos dijo el otro precio. A nosotros evidentemente nos hace pensar que como esta cerca de la fecha que lo hemos solicitado ya tendra casi todo alquilado y no le interesa hacernos ese precio sino sacarlo por un precio mayor. Entendemos que si el se ha equivocado nos tendria que mantener ese precio y no en este caso perder el cliente, lo que nos ha supuesto volver a buscar de nuevo otra compania con el riesgo de que tuviesemos el precio mayor. Sin duda alguien que no cumple su palabra o que no asume su error dando una solucion no es de fiar. Anado este comentario, tras respuesta a nuestro comentario: En ningun momento especificaste que el precio que nos diste era por 15 dias, ni en la primera llamada que se acordo el precio ni en la llamada que te hicimos cuando ya ibamos a reservar. Y no, no fue a principios de julio, sino a primeros de agosto. Las llamadas grabadas era una aplicacion que teniamos antes (que ya no) para justificar estafas como la suya (porque por desgracia hay gente como usted intentando enganar lo maximo posible al cliente). En ningun momento hemos faltado al respeto para llamarnos mal educados como lo esta haciendo usted, eso si que deja mucho que desear. Espero que no siga enganando a clientes. Gracias a lo que nos paso con usted indagamos otras empresas locales que tienen ademas servicios mejores que usted y un precio mucho mas competitivo y si se lo merece tendra una resena positiva. No hemos inventado ningun perfil ya que como bien dices hemos realizado muchas mas resenas negativas a otras empresas que tambien se lo merecian al igual que la suya en las que si se fija tambien hay otras muy positivas. RESUMEN: MUCHO CUIDADO CON RESERVAR CON ESTA EMPRESA. NADA DE FIAR. Anado otro comentario mas, tras respuesta: Tenemos total derecho ya que tenemos la libertad de expresion para mostrar lo sucedido con usted ya que nos basamos en la experiencia con usted previa a realizar una posible contratacion. Es de obligacion y etica de su empresa el dirigirse al cliente o persona que va a querer hacer uso de sus servicios el tratarlo con respeto y educacion cosa que careces al decirnos palabras como: nula educacion, que nos aburrimos, bajeza moral, inventarte que nos creamos un perfil solo para esto (cosa que se puede demostrar con todas las resenas publicadas de hace anos), recurso de pataleta,que miremos el diccionario, ironia etc. Cualquier persona que lea la conversacion creo que se dara cuenta de que persona esta al otro lado de esta empresa, que como se puede leer deja mucho que desear como te dirijes por el mero hecho de ponerte una resena negativa por lo sucedido. Y vuelvo a repetir la llamada fue en agosto y en ninguna de las llamadas comentaste lo de los 15 dias, ya que evidentemente hubiesemos llamado antes de los 15 dias para cerrar la reserva o no. En un principio decias que ese precio no podia ser, y al decirte que teniamos la llamada grabada (que te comento mi pareja pensando que seguiamos teniendo esa app ya que era yo en mi movil quien la tenia y no ella) cambiaste de opinion ya que te asustaste y dijiste que era un error tuyo al cambiar las fechas y de ahi ese precio. Es curioso que nos decantamos por su empresa por todos los comentarios positivos y al tratar con usted vemos todo lo contrario. Por eso te damos las gracias a que no solo se puede contratar algo por internet sino hablar tambien con la empresa en cuestion ya que no se ajusta esos comentarios positivos a la realidad. Espero que no disfrutes de enganar a mas clientes. PD: En lo unico que estamos de acuerdo es en que si disfrutaremos de la isla, que ademas venimos por segunda vez y como dices es preciosa.
